You will be welcomed by our property manager Owner Direct Vacation Rentals (ODVR), at 1610 HWY 17 S, in North Myrtle Beach. They will present you at check-in with a discount golf/dining card, offering savings on local golf courses, and restaurants during your visit. They can also provide you with the best GOLF PACKAGES on the Grand Strand. ODVR is your point of contact and offers renters concierge, maintenance, and other services needed when visiting.
Crescent Shores is one of the most luxurious oceanfront condos, offering panoramic views of the coastline from the 27' balcony. You can watch the pelicans glide over the waves, and dolphin play, as you sip a morning cup of coffee. Enjoy spectacular sunrises each morning, and walk on the wide sandy beach, surrounded by a cool ocean breeze. Our complex features a 110' saline oceanfront pool, a 200' lazy river, a heated indoor pool, and 2 large jetted outdoor tubs, and an exercise room available to guests.
Our 3 bedroom 3 bath condo is our winter home, and we pride ourselves in maintaining it. The master bedroom features a pillow-topped king bed, beautiful furnishings, and a 32" TV DVD/VCR combo. The master bath offers an over-sized shower, a jetted whirlpool tub, and granite vanity with double sinks. Each guest bedroom is richly furnished with 2 Queen beds in each; one with a bathroom within the bedroom, and the other shares the main bath. There are TV VCR/DVD combos in each bedroom also.
For your comfort there are all new laminate floors in the 3 bedrooms, and porcelain tile in all other living areas, crown moldings throughout, and granite counter tops in the kitchen and 3 bathrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped with full-sized appliances, plenty of cabinet space, cookware, utensils, and dish service for 10-12. There is a built in microwave, breakfast bar with stools, and small appliances to complete the kitchen. There is also a full-sized washer and dryer in the unit.
