Sand n Sea is a 3 bedroom 4.5 bath home on the Gulf with a private pool and boardwalk to the white sandy beaches of the beautiful Emerald Coast! Located at 125 Chivas Lane, Santa Rosa Beach, FL, 32459, Sand n Sea is perfect for multiple families or that yearly family reunion at the beach.
The first floor has a large entertainment room just off the private pool. The game room includes a pool table, wet bar, TV area with a sofa sleeper and two twin beds. The laundry room and a full bathroom are also located on the first floor.
On the second floor is the main living, dining and kitchen area with a wall of windows overlooking the gorgeous Gulf of Mexico. A guest room with a king sized bed and full bathroom.
The third floor has a sitting area that allows you to view of the Gulf of Mexico through the 30 foot windows. The King Master Suite has a large private bathroom with a walk in closet and private balcony. The third floor guest bedroom has a full bed and private bathroom.
All the amenities of Seaside, WaterColor, Rosemary Beach, and Seacrest are a short distance away via the bike path or Scenic Hwy 30A.

Fantastic Vacation Home with Breathtaking Ocean Views

Our family just spent spring break here, and it was such a wonderful trip. This home is perfectly located and designed to allow you to take in an ocean view at every opportunity! From the wall of windows in the family room overlooking the beach/ocean to the deck off of the second floor kitchen to the walkout deck from the 3rd floor master bedroom, you couldn't ask for a better way to enjoy Santa Rosa Beach...this was my family's first trip to the Panhandle, and it was fabulous. There are many stairs, but it didn't bother any of us (ranging in age from 4 to 47). The house was perfectly equipped-we didn't encounter anything that we needed that we couldn't find in terms of kitchenwares, regular household items, etc. It was clean and the furniture was very comfortable. The beach was not crowded at all and a walk on it was the perfect way to start the day. As for nearby activities, there is great food and shops in Seaside. There is also a wonderful candy and ice cream store called the Sugar Shack that the kids loved in Rosemary Beach, which is just a short drive down 30-A. We also enjoyed an excellent, kid-friendly dinner at Angelina's Pizza and Pasta, which is only about 5 minutes away in Santa Rosa Beach. The house and accomodations were great, the ocean views and beach were awesome, and the neighboring communities were all unique and offered a variety of fun activities. We definitely recommend this home and were sad to leave it...we hope to return soon!

Hi Jennifer, I found this home on the internet. The house was fabulous. Everyone loved it. It was clean and cool and had a well-stocked kitchen I would definitely go there again. And tarballs? What tarballs? What oil spill? The water was beautiful. I was really sad to leave. Thanks for asking!

This is truly an amazing beach house, with an unbelievable view! We've stayed at a half-dozen or so gulf-front beach houses in the area, and this is the best view by far. The two-story wall of windows in the great room facing the beach provides not only panoramic 180-degree plus views across the horizon, but also vertically as well. The extensive balcony and porch on the main level provides a great place to enjoy the sun, breeze and sound of the surf, and the balcony from the master bedroom on the top floor is the best place to view the sunset. Of course, the sugar sand beaches and dunes here are beautiful, with no signs of oil. The two-car garage provided good storage for our suv and bikes. The adjoining beachfront lot to the west has not been developed yet, so the western side of the house also has excellent unblocked views of the beach and sunset as well. The house design and decor is modern, and the furniture is top quality and comfortable. Of course, everything was very clean and ready for our arrival. The pool is just the right size for a refreshing dip and fun for the kids. An ocean kayak was provided, and nothing could beat paddling in the ocean at sunrise. If you wanted a little more adventure, you could paddle to either Eastern Lake or Deer Lake, which are both close by. My wife and teenagers had fun biking to seaside for gelato at Heavenly (just off the main square). One note - there are one level of steps up from the garage to the main entrance/pool level, with more steps to the second level (family room, dining, kitchen, bedroom) and another set of steps to the third level with the master and second bedroom. Also, the access to the steps over the dunes and down the beach is from the main/pool level (and not from the second level balcony), so be prepared for some steps and a little exercise. Overall, an excellent time was had by our family, including our teenagers.
