Sleeping 8 comfortably in the main home and 2 in a private suite, there is plenty of space to spread out, relax and enjoy the amenities The Savannah Cottage has to offer. Each visit includes the use of a custom six seat golf cart to cruise around enjoy what beautiful scenic hwy 30a has to offer. Don’t spend the start of your vacation waiting in the crowded grocery lines; let us do that for you. Included in your visit, we do the grocery shopping for your arrival only for the cost of the pantry items. Why spend your vacation cleaning and tidying up. Each day at your convenience daily housekeeping services are included.
The basement level of The Savannah Cottage offers a spacious theater room to watch the big game or the newest summer blockbuster. A walk in wine cellar is available just off of the theater room so be sure to put your favorite wine on the grocery list you provide to us. Not that you should be working on vacation but should you have to answer a couple of emails or just a few quick calls, there is an executive office available on this level as well. The first of three sets of washers and dryers are also located on the basement level.
Stepping out of the beautifully lush courtyard into the entry level of The Savannah Cottage, you are greeted by two master suites on your left and right hand side. Each furnished with the highest quality of linens and flat screen TV’s. Each of the bathrooms are equipped with showers and heated floors. Take the staircase to the second level and start enjoying the kitchen and sitting areas.
The spacious second level is perfect for dining and conversation with a gulf view and overlooking the courtyard. The kitchen is equipped with two refrigerators, commercial ice maker, wine chiller along with all of the finest cooking amenities available. There is a Big Green Egg easily accessible for all of you grilling enthusiast out there. Enjoy some of the finest decorating available to Rosemary Beach loyalist.
The third level is home of two bedrooms one with a bunk bed and the other with two twins. Each room having its own bathroom equipped with tub and shower combinations. The second set of washers and dryers are located in the entrance between these rooms. The balcony on this level has breathtaking views of rosemary beach and the gulf. Spend some time relaxing in the lounge chairs or enjoy the sunset and a nice glass of wine from the cellar. Whichever you prefer, you will not be disappointed.
The private suite is located just a few steps away in the carriage house. Sleeping a king bed, this spacious suite is a great place for some peace and relaxation. The third set of washers and dryers is located in the garage below.

Including but not limited to: bike and golf cart rentals, airport transportation, grocery shopping, beach fire setups, fishing charters (Gulf and Bay), kayak rentals, baby sitters, restaurant reservations and recommendations and spa services. The list goes on and on while vacationing with 30A Cottages and Concierge call us for anything you wish!
Direct flights are available from the new Panama City Beach (ECP) airport (only 20 minutes away). The Fort Walton Beach (VPS) airport (45 minutes away) is now flying direct from Atlanta, Houston, Nashville, Memphis, and Orlando also! Remember to ask about available airport transportation to and from 30A!
Reservation/ Booking Policy:
• A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking.
• Balance of payment is due 60 days prior to arrival date.
• We accept checks and Visa, MasterCard and Discovery
• CHECK IN IS AT 4:00 PM & CHECK OUT IS BY 10:00 AM
• Except for a 5% cancellation fee, deposits are fully refundable if cancellations are given 60 days prior to the arrival date.
