We Will Be Back!!!
We Will Be Back!!!
This was the most accommodating property renter I have ever had. From the welcoming emails & notecard to the provided amenities (coffee, linens, toiletries, etc.), we could not have asked for anything more, especially at such a reasonable rental rate. The Jack-n-Jill bath was great & the separate vanity in the bedroom was perfect. Between bath time for our son, shower time for dad, & dolling up time for mom, we never got in each other’s way. The king bed was very comfortable & the pullout sleeper was good too. Our 3yr old slept there, but I would have been comfortable sleeping on it for a wk if needed. We took a pack-n-play for our 3 mth old & set it up at the foot of the master bed. It ended up mostly in the closet with it partially sticking out. It fit so nicely, you would have thought it was designed for that purpose. I look forward to going back when the boys can bunk together on the pull out sleeper. This will be a perfect place to stay with a couple of pre-teen to teenagers who don’t mind camping together for a few nights. This was our 3mth old’s first trip to the beach & our 3 yr old’s favorite trip so far. With the easy access to the beach, it was the most convenient beach vacation I have had as a dad. Lugging chairs, tent, bags, & babies to the oceanfront was no biggie due to how close we were. If I needed to load/unload the truck, I could do it with the beach access parking. However, I usually elected to just leave the truck in the rental’s parking and carry the things. It is literally just steps away (my three year old walked it daily and never asked to be carried). The beach was always clean, uncrowded, & perfect for play or relaxing. The pool was also a great place to relax & cool off after our daily beach ventures. With two small children, trips to the grocery were needed often for restocking our bread, milk, juice, etc. Grocers are close and quick. Travel time on evening restaurant ventures felt like they were mere quick trips to our local community restaurants at home. We loved OceanGrill, FuzzyPeach, Squiglys, RuckerJohns, & Britts DoNuts. We visited several of these more than once & didn’t have to sit in traffic to get there. A pier, small pavilion, quick eats, were very close. Kure Beach is close enough to benefit from its offerings but far enough away to not deal with the crowds. I can’t say enough good things about our experiences with this property rental and its location.

Owner response: Our goal is for you to feel like you are in our home vs a "vanilla" rental condo. We personally use the condo and want you to enjoy the comfort and convenience of our home as much as we do.
My family has been traveling to Carolina Beach my whole life and it was great to return again this year. This was our first time using this condo and it certainly won't be our last. It's even better than the pictures. Beautiful decor, perfect location, and all the amenities you could possibly need for a beach get away. This condo puts the others we've seen to shame! Thanks again, we'll be back next year!!!!

Owner response: Carolina Beach has so much to offer with its beaches, boardwalk, family fun & entertainment and an abundance of casual dining. Come see for yourself!
My girlfriend and I wanted to get away for a week and we stumbled upon this listing. Vanessa and Scott are SO accommodating and kind. The condo is STOCKED FULL of amenities which made our stay even more pleasant. It was quiet, the people were great, fantastic atmosphere, and literally across the street from the beach... (nice ocean view from the kitchen :]). The pictures of this condo do not do justice..... our vacation was better than i could hope for! All in all, we loved this condo and are definitely trying to make it a yearly thing!!

Owner response: Everyone is really enjoying the wide beach this year!! Great, easy access from the condo.
My wife and I started staying here last summer and we enjoyed it so much that we came back this March for a short stay. We love the quiet, peaceful atomosphere in Carolina Beach. The owners go out of there way to make you feel welcome and at home. The condo is fully loaded with all the amenities. There are always things to do and I especially enjoy the great Golf courses in the area. The beach is just a few short steps away from the front door. I would highly recommend this condo to my friends and family and anyone looking to get away to a romantic, fun beach community. We are already planning our next visit to the beach.

Cozy Condo! Home away from Home!
Cozy Condo! Home away from Home!
My husband and I began staying at this lovely condo 2 years ago and keep coming back. I have stayed at other beach properties and this one is bar none. Some of our favorite things are the comfy bed, plush towels, bright beachy decor, cleanliness, coziness, and location. The beach is steps away and you even have a peek-a-boo ocean view from the deck. We have also enjoyed the pool on our visits. The owners have really thought of everything and it's shown in the accommodations. They save you the time/hassle of having to pack things like linens, pots/pans, flatware, cooking utensils, paper products, hand soap, dish soap, laundry detergent, beach chairs/towels, and the list goes on! Oh and the Keurig Coffee Machine with K-Cups is a nice perk!! You can even find chocolates in the fridge awaiting your arrival. While there, you have to check out Island Surf House Cafe and Hang Ten Grill. You will not be disappointed with this vacation spot as the condo and the owners are top-notch! We can't wait to get back and relax!!

Beautiful, clean and perfect!
Beautiful, clean and perfect!
My husband, newborn and I took a mini-vacation and stayed at this condo and were so pleased! It was so perfectly clean and meticulously decorated. We loved it so much that we plan to stay in the same condo during our next visit to Carolina Beach. The owner couldn't have been more helpful or pleasant, which was much appreciated! From the first conversation with her to the mid-week stay, everything was amazing!

Wonderful Complex, Owners and Unit!
Wonderful Complex, Owners and Unit!
As a Real Estate Agent I am VERY picky. I expect beach properties to be clean, "beachy," updated, in a great location and boast several amenities. This condo at the Seascape was the perfect fit for my business trip to Wilmington...the location is removed from the traffic of Carolina Beach, still close to the local restaurants (try the Gulf Stream--it is a no-frills, family-owned diner that is well-priced and absolutely delicious) and access to College Road, about 15 steps to the beach, beautifully landscaped, great parking, immaculate condo...there are just so many positives it's hard to list them all! Most importantly, the owner, Vanessa, is simply a pleasure to work with and it is obvious she takes pride in both her property and the way she conducts business. She was always available to answer my questions, worked around my crazy schedule and made the overall process enjoyable. My husband and I were so impressed with "Pleasure Island," Seascape and the owners...we really hope to return again soon!

Owner response: We do take pride in our property and how we treat our guests. We feel that conveys to our guests and how they treat our condo and our neighbors. Seascape is very comfortable and a great escape.
My husband, myself, and our 2 children (1 and 3) stayed in this condo last week. It is one of the cleanest, most well docorated little places we have ever stayed in. It has a wonderful location right across from the beach, and close to all of the activities and attractions that Carolina Beach has to offer. Venessa, the owner, was extremely helpful and accommodating, and was a joy to do business with, and the price was perfect for us! I would definitely recommend this condo to my friends, especially couples, or a small family.

Exactly what we were looking for
Exactly what we were looking for
Our stay at Carolina Beach was one of the most relaxing and fun vacations that we have been on in a long time. The condo was immaculate and extremely well stocked. The beach is two minutes from the front door. That was very convenient. The condo was decorated with the neatest decorations. We were overwhelmed at the generosity of the Jenkins and how they made our vacation totally relaxing. We will definetly come to Carloina Beach again and would love to stay here!
