  We stayed at this property in May 2011 and hope to return again in 2012 as it is fantastic. Community is clean, wonderful maintained and quiet , Sweetbay Supermarket in walking distance. We love the themeparks so the location is superb. Only a 15 minutes easy drive to Disney World. The management company ensure you are happy on arrival. Twe owners are very helpful and easy to communicate with. The property really is ''home from home''. Very nice furniture both inside and outside. Great choices if you want to eat out and many restaurants within a few miles. The Chinese take away near the Sweetbay is great !! I have recommended this property to my friends and hope to rent again in 2012.

• Excellent Villa!

  Our vacation time at this villa was excellent in every way. On our arrival we found the villa spotless. It has a very attractive layout and is very well furnished, including for small children and a baby. It had ample amounts of kitchen equipment and appliances. We especially appreciated the pool and large poolside patio, also well equipped. The location was very convenient for getting grocery supplies and other services, yet far enough from tourist crowds to be quiet and relaxing. We also appreciated the professional way in which the owners handled all arrangements. Replies to email requests were always very prompt. The materials they sent were clear and helpful, and they made the rental process very easy. We have been renting villas in this area for several years now. This one has to be the nicest we have used.

  We rented this home 2 weeks in August 2010. The home is beautiful, clean, extremely well maintained and nicely decorated. We had a fabulous time while staying there. The rooms were large enough and all the equipment and facilities that were included were just right, we didn't need anything. The pool area was peaceful and quite. Not only was the pool clean but it had a safety gate around it so our little kids could not accidentally fall in. We loved the Spa and used it every day. Couldn't ask for better customer service from the owner. She was very helpful with questions and accommodated us with all of our requests. We were very pleased with picking this home. It is close by to all attractions. As advertised it truly was just a short drive to Disney. Lots of great restaurants and supermarkets in the area. I can't say enough about this house, you should check it out for yourself. We are anxious to go back next year! Wishing you the best, and thanks again Stephanie for an excellent service.

  We had a great stay in the house for the week!! It was close to Disney Parks and Universal Studios. We even made a day trip to Weeki Watchee Springs, which was about 50 miles away. Everyone enjoyed the pool and we felt very safe for the 4 year old granddaughter, with the safety fence. There were lots of chairs for eating and lounging on the extra large pool deck. The pool was a great size and was very clean. It was very nice to have the entire pool area enclosed with the lanai. The air conditioner sytem and all appliances worked great. The game room was a plus and the entire home was very clean throughout. The owners are very nice to deal with and will make every attempt to make your stay pleasurable. The clubhouse was also very nice with pool and tennis courts. We recommend this home highly and will stay again in the future!

  Our holiday in this house was really beautiful. We have enjoyed our time very much.The villa was exactly what we expect from a nice holiday home. All the theme parks and shopping malls were at close range. Ideal! The house was great for our children.It has everything your heart desires. We look forward to be back next year.

  Beautiful very clean and well maintained home. The home has everything you need to feel good and to enjoy a great vacation. Great location, very peaceful and quit community, but close to everything you want to visit during your holiday. Everything is within a few minutes. Supermarkets and grocery-shops within walking distance. Fantasic dinner opportunities and delicious restaurants located within 5 minutes. We certainly will return in this villa.

  We had a wunderful Christmas time in this spotless and luxury decorated villa. We have been in other villas, but this one was by far the best. We enjoyed every minute. The location is perfect. It is close to all highlights, but located in a beautiful and peaceful community. The villa is very clean and has enough room. The beds were great. Our children had lot of fun in the games room and the free wireless internet was very usefull. The pool is really big and we immediately fell in love with the hot spa. We had a party of six and had more than enough room. The owners were great to communicate with. They respond promptly to emails and really did their best to give us the feeling that we felt home. The only sad thing about this villa was the fact that we had to leave it because our vacation was over. The next time we certainly will book this villa again. It has everything to have a great vacation.
