My wife and I bought this property as a summer getaway. She is a teacher so summer homes are ideal. We love the great restaurants nearby, the close golf courses and of course the BEACH! We were sold on the new appliances in our unit, the pool view, and the overall amenities of Arcadian Dunes. This is a perfect spot for us to relax and enjoy the ocean and bring friends as the unit sleeps 6. One bedroom has a queen, one bedroom has two twins plus a queen sleeper sofa in the living area. There is a flat screen TV, washer/dryer, and dishwasher in the unit.
Arcadian Dunes is located along the Northern section of Myrtle Beach. It's one block from the ocean. Arcadian Dunes has two swimming pools, spa, tennis courts, restaurant and cabana. Walking distance to the pier and beach. Broadway at the Beach and Barefoot Landing featuring the Alabama Theatre and House of Blues are very close. NO pets, smoking or motorcycles.

This condo exceeded our expectations. Clean, well maintained. Ground and pool area in great shape. Would stay here again.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car.

About the owner: We both truly love the beach, so Myrtle Beach was the spot for us. We come down a couple times a year to get away from all the hard work we put in each day. For some reason, it seems like the beach is the best location to clear our minds and relax!
Why the Owner Chose Arcadian Dunes:
It is on the North end of Myrtle Beach, close enough to the center, but just far enough that you can relax if necessary. You can walk to the beach and it is also a walk away from a fun outside bar, Ocean Annie's, so there is no cab necessary :)
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
Block away from beach, next to golf courses, right near restaurant row, walking distance to grocery store...it the heart of it all! It is right by the pool in our complex, next to tennis courts, BBQ, bar, etc. There is security at the gate of the complex, and the owners look out for each other.
