ABOUT GRIFFIN CABIN:
The Log House was built in the 1940's. It is perfect for a rest stop on your adventures in the mountains.
We do have a wonderful garage apartment available if you need additional sleeps, please inquire within. Wonderful Location.
Our accommodations are conveniently located in the town of Robbinsville, NC. Within a few miles you can find water sports, fishing, motorcycle drives, hiking or just relaxing at the house there are endless possibilities. Call for availability.

We have maps, books and literature available with information.

My family and I stayed at the cabin house in Oct,2011,We usually visit the Mnts 2,or 3 times a year .This was by far the best place I had stayed. Very Very clean and the owner Mary was the best. The price was great,can't beat it any where.It is a great place for motorcyclist. No gravel road to worry about I'm really looking forward for warm weather to get here so, we can come back and bring our motorcycles this time.It's close to the dragon and cherahala. Lots of good riding.But, best of all the owner Mary...goes out of her way to make you feel at home and be comfortable.she brought us fresh Eggs and homemade Jam to eat. I have stayed at many places in the mnts but, this was by far the cleanest of all of them and the best price. I plan on coming back as soon as possible.

By far the best value in the area. Perfect location to enjoy Cherohala Skyway, Deals Gap and Nantahala Gorge. Or for a romantic getaway. We stayed in the apartment very clean and private perfect for 2. . And the most comfortable bed which is a definite PLUS.The log cabin next door was very nice and great for a family or 2 couples. Could not ask for a better host. Thank you Mary for all of your special touches. You made us feel as if we were at home. Will not consider staying anywhere else when taking our convertible rides to the Dragon. See you in July for Miatas at the Gap...
