Our condo (#1403) is decorated tastefully with comfort and relaxation in mind. It has three bedrooms and two full baths. The master bedroom has a king size bed with an attached master bath. Listen to the ocean breeze thru the sliding doors which open up to the large balcony. The second bedroom has a queen size bed. The third bedroom has two full beds. Nice fresh linens and towels are provided. All bedrooms have televisions, dressers and nice closets for your use.
The Kitchen is equipped with microwave, ice-maker, blender, toaster, island, large dining table, pots and pans, coffee maker, cutlery... Our condo has a large balcony (my personal favorite spot!)which overlooks the beautiful pool and the white sands of the beach. Enjoy eating or just relaxing on the balcony while watching the dolphins playfully swim by. Many of our guest have returned year after year and love visiting! Come see for yourself!

Condo looks wonderful, new paint and FREE Wi-fi! Weather a little cool for me, but I will be back at the end of June. Love the flat screen TV! Kitchen has everything you need. Clean Condo. Walking distance to everything you need. Beach is beautiful. So peaceful and relaxing here. Wonderful Zen. Slept like a baby. See you soon!Recommended for: Age 55+, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

Why the Owner Chose Pelican Pointe:
We purchased our condo after visiting the area on vacation. We loved the family oriented beaches and knew it was a place we wanted to visit frequently. There was plenty for everyone to do rather it be lying on the beach, going to the amusement parks, golfing, visiting the Outlet Mall or enjoying the nearby restaurants.
