  WOW!!!! We were really impressed with this condo. Shawn the owner has been with me from the get go. Providing information that was needed and making sure everything was to our liking was extremely imprtant to Shawn. You will not need anything with this condo. Everything is provided. Shawn was kind enough to allow us to check in earlier as the guest prior to us left earlier than the 10:00 Departure time. There is so much to do around here that you wont lack for any idle time. Of course the most beautiful beaches are just outside your door. We give this condo a 10 out of 10 as it is the best by far we have stayed in!! Im always sad when I leave the tranquility of the beach. It has my husband and I thinking perhaps this is the place to purchase our own!!! Thank you Shawn and Family!!!

  The condo was FANTASTIC! The view with so many windows was breathtaking. We had a group of five adults & 1 child. It was the perfect size for us. The master bed/bath was gorgeous! One thing to mention that may have been on the condo details but I could have failed to read was the second bedroom does not have a bathroom in it. There are three baths but one is in the hallway. It would have been a little more convenient had it been in the bedroom but we made it work. One added touch was the bathrooms had real size toiletries. Normally any condo we have stayed only has small travel sizes. A nice touch noticed by everyone who stayed here. Shawn was awesome to work with. He responded quickly & accurately to reserve as well as to refund the deposit. We will definitely consider staying here next year! :)

  Everything from the first email to the end of our stay was world class. The owners of the condo responded quickly had a wonderful welcome package with everything one would need to have a great vacation. I have been going to Ft. Walton Beach for over 20 years and this was by far in my top pick of condos ever. The place is immaculate and beautifully decorated. You felt pampered in your luxury accommodations. This top floor unit has it all with a breathtaking view to boot. I can't wait to go back.

  Thank you for the use of your condo. It is absolutely one of the best we have ever used! The view was perfect! Love the ability to sit at the table or on the sofa and see the beautiful view! Everything was clean, organized, and made our stay an incredible one! A very well-maintained property with some beautiful furniture as well! Love all the details that made it a very special place! The owner was extremely helpful in all aspects. We hope to return for another visit next year! Absolutely loved it!

  We stayed 7 days at this condo last week and had a fabulous time! Very pleased with the location, condo, view and set-up. Beautiful view. Owner was easy to work with and prompt to reply by email with any questions. Loved the personal access code to get into the unit set just for us so we didn't have to carry around a key or card to the beach. Little touches like shampoo, detergent, soap and face cleaner were added bonuses. 3 bedrooms and 3 baths gave us all room to ourselves without stepping on top of each other. We would stay here again and hope that we do!

  This is a fabulous place to stay! Very clean, owner is excellent to work with never had any issues at all! The only suggestion I would have is that the carpets in the master bedroom be cleaned as you can smell a musty smell, which may not even be the carpets may be the air ducts need cleaned, just a friendly suggestion. The view of this condo is like nothing you have every seen! Once again I cannot speak enough about how extremely helpful and informative the owner is to work with made my trip so easy! Thanks for a wonderful stay!

  The owners was very helpful and pleasant to work with in accommodating us with the payment schedule, and making sure our stay was pleasurable. The descriptions of the condo and pictures reflected the condo's appearance accurately. The condo when we arrived was very clean and well maintained. I would recommend this condo to everyone that would like a great view of the Gulf and a clean and well maintained unit. My wife and I loved the beach setup it was great to go out to the beach and not have to carry anything if all we wanted to do was sit. My family has already started planning for next year and hopefully everything will work out so we can book this unit again.

  My family stayed at Waters Edge 603 for a week in July. We have been to Okaloosa Island many times and this is by far the best condo yet! The condo was beautifully decorated, very clean, very roomy and very comfortable! My boys loved the bunk beds and there were many "special extras" ! The pool and the beach were great but the best thing of all was the sunrise with coffee on the balcony!! What a view! Thank you for sharing your home, I hope all of guest enjoy it as much as we did!

  What a great condo & view. The unit was ready on time and as described by the owner. The owner was great to deal with and has a welcome packet that has all the information needed during your stay.   Great experience staying in this condo and dealing with the owner. Always answered all my questions promptly. Went on a family vacation with 35 family members, and our condo was the envy of everyone. Nice accomedations and beautiful view. I would definitely recommend and stay in this condo again.
