LIVING AND DINING ROOM HIGHLIGHTS
The living and dining areas are very bright and open with cathedral ceilings, an entire wall of glass doors and windows over looking private pool and private dock on 11 mile lagoon for fishing and kayaking. New furnishings and 40 inch flat panel LCD TV/DVD complete the area.
MASTER BEDROOM AND BATH
The master bedroom, located on the main floor, features a King Size bed with dual side tables and overhead lighting. This bedroom also has a TV w/DVD that sits atop a dresser and two spacious closets. All bedrooms are outfitted with linens and fabrics. A sliding glass door opens to a wrap around deck for out door dining and a view of the pool.
The newly remodeled master bath features a full-size shower and tub with double vanity and large mirror.
KITCHEN HIGHLIGHTS
This Fully Furnished Kitchen features new tile floors, granite counters, a refrigerator equipped with filtered water and ice, ultra-quiet dishwasher, self-cleaning oven with smooth top range, and microwave. The kitchen also features a coffee maker, toaster, blender, and a garbage disposal. There is a breakfast table that seats eight and a bar with two stools open to the living room.
GUEST BEDROOMS
There is one guest bedroom on the main floor with a Queen Size bed with side tables and lamps. This bedroom also includes a dresser with TV/VCR and two closets. The bedroom has a private entrance to the main floor bathroom with granite counter and tiled full size tub and shower.
Two additional guest bedrooms and baths are located upstairs. One has two double beds with side tables and dresser with TV/VCR and private bath. The fourth bedroom has a king bed, and a set of bunk beds, Flat screen TV/DVD and private bath.
GARAGE
Attached two stall garage has a ping pong table and two adult bikes for your use. Several children's water toys are also available. Pool can be heated upon request. Wi-Fi and fax also available.
