The townhouse is exactly as described and better! Location wise it was perfect for us as we had never been to Vancouver before and size wise great. The kitchen had everything we needed and being from Australia there was espresso a few doors down. The townhouse was close to sky train, stadium and robson street. The aquabus to Granville island was a few minutes walk and Stanley park about a 20minute walk with kids in tow. I would not hesitate to book through Selena again. Thanks for letting out your townhouse.

Spacious and well designed for a family, in a perfect location to see False Creek and Granville Island along with being a few blocks from the Canada Line subway. Kitchen is very well equipped and beds are comfortable. Listing photos accurately represent the condo. Getting to the garage is tricky...a map or clearer directions might help.

I recruit for a university in Nova Scotia, and am on the road for 10 straight weeks during the fall. This year, instead of doing the hotel thing like usual, I decide to book a townhouse with recruiters from two other universities on the east coast. After this stay, I can say that it's going to be hard for me to go back to living in hotels when I travel for work (which is frequent). Pros: - having 2.5 baths is super convenient. With three of us all needing to get ready for work in the morning, it was nice that we each had our own space in the morning. - Location is fantastic. Only a five minute walk up to Granville St., three minutes from groceries, and two from a lot of nice evening venues. Quick access to all of the major routes leaving the downtown core if you have a vehicle. I didn't have time to do outdoor activities, but there was a bike rental shop very close if you wanted to rent one to bike the seawall. - Space, and a good amount of it. We had 20 people over for wine and cheese one night, and there was more than enough room for everyone. - Fast internet. I've stayed at a lot of hotels in Vancouver with very shoddy internet connections. Coming for work, having reliable internet was very helpful. - Serena was very quick to respond to my questions and help me with anything I needed. Cons: - the kitchen wasn't the most well-equipped of places. There was only one pan, and it was massive, so cooking was a challenge at times. The faucet on the kitchen sink was also difficult at times, as we had a hard time changing the settings from spray to just a normal stream. - The unit as a whole seemed a little older, so while 99% of the time it wasn't noticeable, the doors on some of the closets fold outwards, and are made of glass, and one of them fell off of its runners while we were there. I tried to get it back on, but was afraid of breaking it, so it just rested in the closet for the rest of my stay. Overall, we had a very very positive stay here. It just feels so much nicer to have your own space/kitchen/common area that a hotel just can't provide (and for a fraction of the cost!). Being able to wake up every morning and cook bacon and eggs for breakfast before a long work day was so amazing. I usually travel with 30-40 other university recruiters when I'm on the road, and every single one we had over said that the place was beautiful. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking to rent for either work or play.

Owner response: Thank you for your review & your feedback is important to us. The folding closet door has been fixed, same as some minor issues in the property. We look forward to your next visit in Vancouver staying with us. Best of all to your holiday season!

The townhouse is in a fantastic location. We had a total of six people staying in the home, and we all seemed to have enough room. The layout is nice and the amount of space available for a place in Yaletown is great. It was also VERY NICE to have a reserved parking space! The only thing we noticed was that the townhome can become quite warm, even when fans are being utilized. At night, when things cooled down, it wasn't a problem - particularly when windows were opened. I can't comment on the pool, hot tub, or other building amenities because we didn't use them. We all really loved this place - the only thing I'll mention is that if you are looking for a quiet place, this is not it! You really are in the heart of Yaletown (which is fantastic!), but that also means you're in the heart of typical city noise. We would definitely rent this place again!

This condo is in a great location in Vancouver -- safe area (Yaletown) with many very good restaurants and coffeeshops and furnishing shops within a few blocks. Bathrooms were spacious (with ample linens) and beds were comfortable. We used the available parking slot, which was very convenient and easy to access. The pool was great -- we used it every day of our five night stay. And we appreciated having a well functioning washer/dryer in our unit.

We enjoyed our stay at this Yale Town Townhome. The location really can not be beat if you want to stay in the midst of it all. The pool was a very nice bonus, though the gym was old and underwhelming with old equipment and only one treadmill (and no elyptical). The home was well set up and comfortable, but if you like to dine in a lot (like we do) for dinners you may find the kitchen does not cut it. It really only includes the bare essentials for cooking. I wanted to steam vegetables and found no steam basket, and there were no baking or roasting trays for cooking in the oven. All in all we would recommend this townhome, but I would plan to eat out for dinners unless you are a bare basics cook.

Owner response: Thank you Laura for your feed back. I appreciate it. We used to have ceramic baking/roasting trays but got broken and didn't have chance to replace them back. I'll make an effort to re equip our kitchen as soon as possible before the busy season ends. Thank you again & enjoy the rest of your summer. Serena

The location is great for walking to most of the sights around the city. Plenty of space in the townhome for our family of five, convenient street access, and secured parking. We were disappointed that the hot tub was not operational and the pool was very cloudy, since they were one of the reasons we chose this property. Other than that, I would recommend this rental.

This Yaletown townhome worked perfectly for our party of five people. Thank you, Serena, for being so accomodating with our needs. We attended a concert at BC Place and the townhome is within easy walking distance to the venue, great location in Yaletown, and easy access to other downtown areas. Accomodations were clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. Loved the big windows in the bedrooms. A great location for people watching. We would have appreciated better directions in the parking garage area and maybe some chairs for sitting outside. Thank you, it was a great stay.

Our family - 4 adults, 2 young children under 5 - stayed for 3 nights in early May. We were quite pleased with the living accommodations for our mini city break: 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, full kitchen with all the essentials (e.g. toaster, coffee maker, utensils, cookware, cutlery), and tons of storage space - closets and shelving in practically every room! Location was also very convenient - Starbucks across the street, ATMs, convenient shops (7-Eleven). We also felt very safe in the neighborhood. Now, putting my "parent hat" on: I would highly recommend this for families with slightly older children (aged 5+), couples, and groups of friends. We had a crawling infant and while the owner provided a high chair for our use (they also had a travel crib, but we brought our own), there were no stair gates. (The townhouse is on 2 levels - street level/ground-level + upstairs.) In hindsight, I should have asked if these were available or if these could be made available. We just blocked the stair opening on the ground level with a couple of dining chairs/barstools, and that worked well. The townhouse also seemed very warm even though the thermostats were in the OFF position, but fans are provided in the bedroom closets. Lastly, if you are a light sleeper, then the street noise may be bothersome, but you are in the middle of a bustling city, and the location can't be beat. There are trade-offs. :) But if you're a parent of children who tend to be light sleepers, this might be a factor in your decision. Overall, we had a good experience. We would go back again, but perhaps wait until our children are slightly older.

We stayed here with another couple for a long weekend and had a wonderful time. The location of the townhouse couldn't be any better...short stroll to all that Vancouver has to offer...Stanley Park, Robson Street, aquabus to Granville Island, etc. House itself was spotless, perfect for two couples (with room to spare) and owners were extremely helpful and courteous. Will definitely use again!

We had a great extended weekend in Vancouver, made better by how central and convenient our townhome rental was. Yaletown, shopping, Rogers arena, the library, etc. The unit was very spacious and comfortable. I would highly recommend as a perfect spot to discover Vancouver, especially given how little you have to drive to things.

I venture out to Vancouver fairly often, but needed a place for our bigger group this time around. So glad that I found this townhouse! I was a little scared that it might be too far from Robson Street, since it was winter, I really wasn`t really trying to walk too long in the cold. But the location was perfect! The house was very nice with everything we could possibly need & the duvets were soooooooooooo comfy ! Although, the shower heads could be changed? They were kind of pounding down on us, even a little rough for the guys. But overall, I would recommend this place!

My family stayed at this apartment for four days before leaving on a Disney Cruise to Alaska. We choose to stay here instead of a hotel room because we knew that space would be tight on the cruise, so we wanted a bigger location before we left. We really enjoyed our stay. We have two children, 10 and 7, who each got to have their own space! The apartment was clean, we felt save in the neighborhood, felt like we were within walking distance (Or Skytrain) for many locations. Clinton and Serena were able to answer our questions quickly. It was nice to have a free parking space, and the security in the building was good. I would rent from Clinton again if I were to visit Vancouver. Enjoy your stay at this place! We liked eating at the Noodle Box a block away and Tim Horton's for breakfast.

We stayed for 4 nights while attending a wedding in Vancouver. There were 7 adults and this house was perfect. Very clean and the customer service was fantastic. They even provided a blow up double mattress for the 7th adult. We had rented a van and the rental included free parking in the parking garage. Everything we needed was within walking distance. There is a Tim Horton's and a Starbucks only 2 blocks up which was very convenient in the morning. There is also lots of metre parking right in front of the Townhome. Since this location is downtown the weekends get very busy at night. This street is not too bad but if you have the windows open you do here a little noise. We really enjoyed our stay and would return again when we return to Vancouver. Beautiful city!

This was an excellent overall place for our party of 6 (two kids, two parents, two grandparents). Pros: location (close to everything), ease of access to condo (street level), condo layout (the condo has two floors, ensuring that we could put the kids to sleep without having to worry about waking them up), WiFi, all the necessary kitchenware/bedding/other necessities. Cons: 3rd bedroom very small but livable, requirement for $1,000 damage deposit at time of booking (which could be months before the arrival). Overall, this was excellent value for money, and made our stay in Vancouver very enjoyable. I would certainly recommend this property to any group of travelers.

We recently stayed at Clinton's great townhouse this past week (October 2010) and we were delighted to see how beautiful the townhouse was decorated and all the updated and upscale amenities inside. You will definitely won't be disappointed with this choice in accommodation. The townhouse is in walking distance to everything...we didn't even need to rent a car for the week. the train station is located a few minutes away and there are great bars, shops, restaurants and clubs near by. Everyone was friendly and the area is very safe and clean. Clinton is so easy to work with and accommodating when it came to booking the house and answering any questions we may have had. He also recommended some great locations for us to check out and we had a wonderful time during our stay. The description of the home is accurate and we will be recommending this location to all of our friends and family who will be traveling to Vancouver.

We rented the townhouse for a week in mid-August. The place was perfect for our family ( kids 4 and 7, grandparents, myself and spouse). The location was prime with a Timmy's and IGA up the street, a Shoppers a small block away, and plenty of restaurants all within walking distance. Living in Yaletown gave us a taste of living amongst the hip locals yet walking 2 streets away in any direction would put us in touristy areas. The place is quite safe to walk around at night ie.11pm for a Timmy's or bubble tea run:D In fact, I exercised on the sidewalk at night because it was cooler out on the streets instead of the gym facility(read further for why) and felt very safe. The pedestrians out seemed like they were either out for a run or walking their dogs. Unfortunately for us,there was a heatwave. Having the windows opened during the night (especially during the weekend where there are many local bars) made it a bit difficult to sleep. From what I've been told, Vancouver never gets that hot. It was 35 Celcius + humidex. Thus, having A/C is unheard of in Vancouver condos. Thank goodness for the fans. When Vancouver finally 'cooled' down, we worked out at the gym facility. It's pretty much well equiped with free wts, stability ball, cardio machines and a central wt machine. The pool was great too. There is a channel on TV that views the various common areas of the townhouse so you can decide whether you want to swim alone or with others. During the planning stage, Clinton was very prompt and helpful in answering my questions. In fact, we were fortunate to meet the owner and he made it feel like we had a friend whom we can call upon for any concerns or recommendations. Overall, the description of the place is accurate and I would highly recommend this location for your next stay.

A group of us stayed in this condo in April 2010, and the place was perfect for us! The owner was very helpful and prompt in replying while arranging/ booking the stay, (and he was very prompt in sending the security deposit back as well). On arrival, we were extremely pleased with the ease of checking in, as well as the quality of the condo. Everything was very clean, quiet, roomy, and new, as promised. The large and open kitchen was really nice, allowing us to cook with ease if we wanted to. Parking was easy as well, which I learned is extremely important in Vancouver! It was easy to walk to most destinations. I plan to keep this on my list of great places to stay in the future!

This accomodation was in a great part of town, in the trendy neighborhood of Yaletown. It was very convenient, 5 minute walk to the Skytrain station and a close walk to Downtown Vancouver and the the Yaletown Waterfront. The location was convenient as there are many supermarkets, restaurants, shops that are close by. Did not need to even rent a car. Beautiful neighborhood and safe as well. The interior of the townhouse was very upscale and all furnishings were new. Price wise also a great deal.
