This home away from home offers many amenities that cater to the needs of our guests. The bedrooms are provided with Select Comfort Sleep number mattresses to insure a great night of sleep and a roll out bed is also supplied for your convenience. The Master bedroom features a Jacuzzi tub and the living room has a 66' television equipped with satellite. The kitchen is roomy and features a stacked washer/dryer. Last but not least, one needs only to open the French doors to let the real fun begin! Here visitors can walk out onto the deck, which comes with an ample grill, enjoy a relaxing day in the sun, or beat the heat with a dip in the swimming pool. Ample parking for 6 cars. In addition, there are many clubs in the surrounding area where the avid golfer can swing away.
Easily accessible to Seneca businesses: restaurants, hospital, bank/ATM, grocery stores, various shopping centers and a Super Wal-Mart. Take in Ram Cat Alley in the historic downtown area where one can find fine art and antique shops. Also auctions are held weekly.

I was very pleased with this home. The owner was so helpful and accommodating. The house was immaculate and very well stocked. I look forward to another visit in the future. This home was exactly as described. It was EXTREMELY clean and well maintained. We came into town to attend the in-water boat show at Lake Keowee Marina which was just a short drive away. The house is also conveniently located to shopping and we were even able to have pizza delivered one night. An added plus was all the bedrooms had televisions as well as the living room and the wireless internet worked great.Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

My boys and their high school friends and I stayed here for a Clemson weekend and had a blast! It is truly about a 10 minute drive to the stadium even in gameday traffic! We had plenty of room, the beds are very comfy, linens plentiful and nice quality, tvs with satellite in all rooms -- and pool was a lovely bonus. Price was cheaper than anywhere else we could have stayed to accommodate our crowd. Kitchen was fully stocked with dishes, utensils, pots & pans and the gas grill came in handy too. We will definitely stay here again. My sister and brother and their spouses drove down from TN to join us -- they went sightseeing for waterfalls nearby while we were at the game.Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, families with young children, pet owners, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

We stayed at the house for a Clemson game. It was exceptionally clean and comfortable. We had all the amenities we needed and were so pleased to have this alternative to a hotel. As a matter of fact, I would recommend it above a hotel! It was a quick and easy jump to the stadium- even for a packed game. It was also very easy to reach Walmart and Ingles grovery store for the items we needed. I will would recommened it to anyone who needs a place to stay in the area!Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, families with young children, age 55+, families with teenagers.

This home was spotless - very clean and well-maintained. The owner, Fay, and the gentleman that let us in were very nice and helpful. The home had everything we needed - plenty of towels, all the necessary kitchen utensils/supplies, and even soap and travel-size toiletries were available. We just had the best time in your home. It had everything we could have possibly needed, and was comfortable as well. We spent most of our time on the wonderful deck soaking up the sun or playing in the pool. Thank you so much for such great accommodations. This was our second stay and you and your staff are always so accommodating. When I think back to my childhood, one of my fondest memories is of the place my grandparents took us camping each year. I have no doubt that my son will have the same fondest for your rental home when he reminisces. He just has the best time here. Can’t wait to see you next summer. When we first arrived the owner's sister met us with the keys and showed us around. Very gracious and sweet. The owner was a joy to deal with. The home was very clean and had everything we needed. The pool out back was very clean and the fenced in yard is nice for small children. The home had plenty of parking and was close to everything we needed. Priced hotel rooms and you couldn't stay there for the price of this home. The neighborhood was very quiet. My husband and I stayed in this wonderful home over Thanksgiving this year and could not have chosen a better place. The neighborhood was quiet; the house well-appointed with everything we could possibly need. The internet connection was quick and reliable, and we were delighted with the channels available on the televisions. Clean, comfortable, well-maintained - what more could you ask? Our host was kind, gracious, and thoughtful, and did everything possible to ensure we had a wonderful visit. The property description matched perfectly, and we were delighted to find ourselves minutes away from Lake Keowee where the rest of our family was staying for the holiday. We would welcome the opportunity to stay here again and enthusiastically recommend this lovely property to our friends and family. I was a little skeptical at first, but having arrived in town late the owners were very understading and had no problem setting up a good place and time to pick up the keys. The house was very clean and well kept. It was very close to Food and shopping, and it is in a very quiet neigborhood. It was a very good experience and I would recommend this place to anyone who asks.Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

We came all the way from Brooklyn New York to stay in this wonderful home, it had everything we needed, clean, quiet, peaceful, T.V. in every room, it was a home away from home. The pool was out rangous, my 3 year old learn to swim there..lol..and my 13 year old just loved it. My family and I was a party of 6, and we all was very comfortable and happy, but most of all relax. We would rent this home anytime, it's one of the best we ever rented. Believe me and my kids you will love it here.....Thank You again Mr. and Mrs. Balter we loved it...God bless your home and bless you too cause you both were wonderful to me and my family, you made us feel welcome, happy, and greatful..Thank You again your the best...Betsy from Bklyn, N.Y.Recommended for: Families with young children, age 55+, families with teenagers.
