Beautiful, beachside complex on Thomas Drive, Panama City Beach. On the east end of the emerald beach. Beautifully manicured courtyard, surrounding a lovely pool. Pool area includes bath house with restrooms. Grills and picnic tables are around the pool for your enjoyment.
This family-oriented, 81 unit complex is on the beach. Our Non-Smoking condo is a poolside unit on the third floor. The beach is 50 feet away.

Why the Owner Chose Nautical Watch
We looked at a number of different rooms in different resorts along the beach before deciding on this one. It is small, well kept and everything is so convenient. You can park your car next to the building, look from your balcony to the pool and grill area and the beach is as short of a walk as any resort along the beach. There are so many good restaurants in the area, you never have to leave it.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
We enjoy an occasional visit to the park, just down the road. You can fish from the jettys, if you are nimble; or fish from the pier. You can also watch the large ships going and coming through the jettys to the downtown docks. We enjoy renting a pontoon boat occasionally and enjoying the day in the bay.

We reside in Covington, Georgia. We have a number of children and grandchildren who also enjoy Nautical Watch.
