Hi Jim, Thanks for a great condo for this week; we have had a wonderful time. Everything was in excellent condition, not one complaint. We had one last time that was not the best; makes us appreciate yours. Nice furnishings, décor, and comfortable. we are coming back in the fall and will definitely check with you first. Jim, We had a wonderful time. I will write an online review asap. Your condo is beautiful! You have everything a family needs, every pan & dish, internet, the beach chairs. I loved all of the hooks on the doors to hang my robe, etc.

Thank your so much for renting your condo to us. We loved it. It was clean quite and very pretty. I loved all the little hooks you had hanging around they came in handy. I couldn't have ask for a better place to stay. We will definetly rent your condo again and give recommendations also.

Thanks Jim, We had a great time last weekend. The beach chairs and umbrella allowed us pale ones to stay out all day! I love that it was quiet and away from the main Panama City area. I had never used an umbrella and always had to go inside after an hour or so. We will definitely want to rent yours again. Thanks,

Aug 8-15, 2009 We had a nice time in PCB! This was a badly needed vacation! Enjoyed the beach very much and the pool, too. Our 15 year old son was pleased with the wi-fi, as was my husband, who had to tend to some work stuff here & there. Our 16 year old daughter and I enjoyed Pier Park. Our 2 year old and 1 year old liked the pool & beach - after realizing they weren't suppose to eat the sand. Montego Bay was great, as was, The Back Porch (my favorites). Angelo's & Capt. Jack's were good, too. The beach was the best! The sound, the smell and the wonder....wonderful. Thank you for allowing us to use your condo. It's a great location and very quiet. Just a little note to let you know that we enjoyed your condo. Everything was very clean and had everything we needed. Your place was excellent. I have a few people that are thinking of coming to PCB this summer, may I give them you number? We will also keep your information for future rentals. Hi Jim, I wanted to say 'Thank You' for allowing us to stay at your condo, working with us on the dates and for sending all the emails with information. I had received the last email in time, I just failed to see it. The condo was very nice and with it being set up to sleep six, it allowed us the opportunity to bring along the in-laws. Our girls liked the spiral staircase and sleeping in the loft. The beach was absolutely beautiful and we really enjoyed the beach chairs. Jim & Janet we're very nice and you could tell that they took great pride in providing great service to us and all of their guests. Davis family.

Thank you so much, Jim and Patsy! I know I wrote a lot in your guest book, but it is helpful to include some fun spots around the area or good restaurants, so I did. Your condo was perfect for our family. If we ever go back to PCB we'll look you back up and we'll refer you to any of our friends who we feel would be comfortable there.

Hello Jim, I just wanted to thank you again for letting us use your home away from home. It was a great place and love the area that it was in, away from all the hustle and bustle of the strip. The guy that runs the chair rental was very nice and always asking if we needed anything.

Hi Jim & Patsy....have been meaning to e-mail you since we got back. We really had a great time in your condo and found it very comfortable, feeling right at home. The beach chairs were great as it is really hot in the sun and with the canopy, it really protected you. Also, Jim I found out that we could go to the library at the college and use the computers there for free, they just ask the public to come after 2 during the week. I went a couple of times. Thanks again for renting us your beautiful condo.....

In Oct. 2006 when I was doing some upgrades to my condo, Jim and Patsy handed me the keys to their condo and told me to make myself at "home". They have a beautiful decorated, well maintained condo. I have been in their condo several times and would recommend their unit for being well taken care of, comfortable and very clean. You will enjoy knowing the Mitchell's and enjoy your vacation in their condo. The Mitchell's take very good care of their condo and their guest.
