Fantastic Wedding & Family Vacation Beach House

This beautiful house was the PERFECT location for our summer beach wedding. It is literally right on the beach and the dunes created a natural altar at the end of the little wooden boardwalk behind the house. We set up chairs on the white sands and had a beautiful and intimate setting (and got AMAZING photos from the large deck above). The groom's family stayed in the house and hosted the rehearsal dinner party here as well. We planned on having the rehearsal party outdoors under the house in the big open space but when the weather didn't cooperate we moved inside and were still able to fit 40+ people comfortably!! With six bedrooms and the bunk room we were able to accomodate a lot of people at an affordable rate and have some good family time. Each bedroom has its own bathroom which was great for privacy too. The large kitchen and familyroom were nice for entertaining and relaxing after a long day at the beach. This house is clean, spacious, perfectly located and has all the amenities. We definitely want to come back and stay here time and time again!!! We couldn't have dreamt of a more perfect beach setting for our wedding and the owner was so helpful to us. We highly recommend this vacation beach home to anyone.

The house was just perfect for the extended family of the groom. The wedding took place right next door and it could not have been a more PERFECT place to stay!!! We hosted the rehearsal supper here and it was just BEAUTIFUL! My family, my hubby's family and 5 of the groomsmen stayed in this beautiful home! TONS of beds and lots of great extras in this home. GAIL was wonderful to deal with and the whole experience was TOP OF THE LINE!!!

Just got back to Missouri after spending a week in your lovely home. Had a wonderful time. House was perfect for all of the people that we had. Everyone thought the house was the best that we had rented over the past 10 years. Discussing plans now for next year and we might be heading back in your direction.

This house was very comfortable for our family get-together for a week. Enough bedrooms and bathrooms, as well as sleepers for everyone to lay their head down after a great day on the beach. There seemed to be enough umbrellas & beach chairs for all that stayed on the beach during the day. Of course having the water & beach to wake up to each day was fantastic! We would certainly return to this house on our next visit to Pensacola Beach.

This was the perfect house for our purpose. We had a large bridal group the day before the wedding and the whole wedding party the night of the wedding. The fact the house had 6 bathrooms was wonderful. Everyone was very comfortable and loved the house. The gulf views from the living and dinning room were fantastic! The kitchen was huge, our caterer was in heaven - she was a family member who also stayed at the house. The boardwalk made the perfect setting for my daughter's dream wedding. Everything was perfect. We are now planning a family reuion at this house. I can not say enough about it, BEAUTIFUL!!!
