This beautiful Sea Pines vacation home has recently been renovated and is ready for you to enjoy. The bright, contemporary decor and design give the home a welcoming tropical atmosphere. The house features five large bedrooms, three with their own private bathrooms (the queen and twins bedrooms share a bath), and two spacious living areas. The living areas include a fireplace with stone hearth (decoration only), flat screen TVs/DVDs and a wet bar. The Carolina room / breakfast nook is surrounded by windows overlooking the luxurious private pool, back yard and lagoon. The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with top-of-the-line appliances and granite countertops. For family dinners, enjoy the separate large dining room (seating for 10). The fifth bedroom includes two twin beds, a sleeping sofa and gaming station perfect for entertaining kids (available upon request).
There are flat screen TVs throughout the house, as well as 3 DVD players and a surround sound stereo system for your entertainment. The spacious outdoor deck and dining area opens to the peaceful pool and lagoon and includes a furnished outdoor dining area complete with gas grill. The home is located on the bike path and is just a short walk or bike ride to the beach, Sea Pines Beach Club, South Beach Marina and Harbour Town.

Hilton Head Island has been a favorite vacation spot for my family for decades. The minute I drive over the bridge and enter HHI, there is a sense of calm and serenity. I would love for others to enjoy and appreciate the beauty the island has to offer and our home, until of course I retire here!
The Unique Benefits at this House:
Renting a bike while on the island is an absolute must. You can literally park your car when you arrive and not start it back up until you leave. I recommend you drive your car at night as the island does get VERY DARK and riding bikes could get a little challenging...
