"Village at Solitude" is a ski mountain resort that is less than 40 minutes from Salt Lake City International Airport. The nearest town is only about 20 minutes away, down the mountain. Imagine yourself in a small, intimate village with a flair of European-style that lets you ski in and ski out on the Greatest Snow on Earth. The powder is so light that you won't believe it! Get ready to enjoy the best, whether it's alpine, Nordic, telemark, or snowboarding.
This Non-Smoking condo is located in the Powderhorn Lodge, just a two-minute walk from the chair ski lifts. It is a two bedroom, two bath with lock-out condo and has wonderful views of the mountains. The main unit has a full kitchen, a living room with stone fireplace, a private balcony, dining area, a large bedroom, a sleeper/sofa in the living room and a full bath. The lock out area is an extra-large bedroom with a sitting area with TV/VCR and a full bath. This floor plan is perfect for a family that needs a little extra space or privacy.
The Powderhorn Lodge is located at the heart of the village with easy access to restaurants, stores, and clubs. After a full-day's worth of activities, you will probably want to relax in the outdoor hot tub right at the Powderhorn Lodge or use one of the livelier hot tubs next door with the adjoining heated swimming pool. The resort has a wealth of amenities, including restaurants, day spa/massage, shops, ice skating, ski rentals and lockers and underground parking.
You can go next door (a one minute-walk) to play video games (XBox), foosball, watch a movie in the large media room, or check-out some books or board games to bring back to the unit. If you want to exercise, you can to go to the Health Club and use the exercise equipment. With everything you need within walking distance, your car will stay clean in the underground garage until the day you leave.
