Luxury, free standing custom house located 250 yards to Durango Mountain Ski Lifts. 2300+ square foot residence with a heated garage, three bedrooms plus a loft and two and a half baths. The BUENA VISTA House at Graysill is one of the very few homes in the resort for rent. Spectacular views overlooking Needles Mountain Range with all the comforts of home.

This beautiful home features granite counter tops, brand new kitchen, sunken living room/dining room with wood floors and a rock fireplace. Luxurious linens and oversized picture windows to take advantage of the breathtaking Needles Mountains. A 52" High Definition widescreen with direct HD TV in the livingroom and direct hd TV in every bedroom.

The mountain location is an easy 25 minutes to the historic western town of Durango where you can enjoy shopping, restaurants, and the famous Durango Silverton Narrow Gauge Train. Located at the bottom of the mountain is one of the finest steak house restaurants in Durango.

This spacious two-story house has state of the art in-floor heating that keeps you cozy in the winter. There are covered decks off the first level living room and second level master bedroom. The huge master suite has a king bed and a roll-away bed. The luxurious adjoining bath has an oversized tub and a walk-in shower. Second bedroom has a queen bed and the third bedroom has a set of twin beds with a full adjoining bath. Also, the loft has a brand new queen sleeper sofa. We also have a full size crib.

A washer/dryer and direct access to a heated garage provide all the comforts of home. The BUENA VISTA House at Graysill offers first class accommodations in a mountain ski resort.

  • We stayed here the first week of August 2009 and throughly enjoyed our stay. The house is even nicer than the pictures show and the view is amazing. We found everything as described. The only thing that wasn't available during our visit was an ironing board. Also, I was a little nervous about sending a check to pay for the rental vs credit card, but there was no problem and Rich was very responsive to all my questions. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to return again some day.

  • We had a wonderful stay this past weekend. The house was perfect for 2 families. Although it is still a bit of a walk to the lodge (if you have small children doing ski school), it was still very convenient. We will be back!
