  I rented this condo after all the great reviews and I was not disappointed. The condo is centrally located in the resort and within walking distance to the pool (which was never too busy!) The covered porch was awesome to sit down in the morning and drink my coffee. My four kids did great in the second bedroom and had plenty of space. The kitchen contained everything I needed to make meals. Mary gave great instructions and the beach gear available at the condo was awesome for us! We ended up driving down 30A and stopping at the first public beach most days. It was a lot less crowded than the resort. Mary is very helpful and quick to respond to emails. If we return to the area we will definitely rent this condo again.

  Lovely condo in a nice quiet culdesac. Close to everything. Wonderful walking/biking trail right outside our door. So much fun!

  Our family of 4 stayed in this condo for Easter week. Space was good & comfortable furnishings. Kitchen was spacious & well equipped. Screen patio is nice with a lovely view. We were there during a very busy period so being away from beachside was a quiet break. Very quick bike ride to Baytowne Wharf & we walked it for dinner also. Sandestin beach at this time was very crowded so we packed up the car & went to Henderson & Grayton State parks which were very close & beautiful. Location overall was excellent.

  My family stayed for a week in August and really enjoyed our stay. We love the location as you are not far from anything. The house was beautifully decorated and the kids loved all the videos and games provided. We used the beach set up several times, especially the umbrella, boogie boards, and sand toys for the kids. The view is fabulous, and the kids loved walking to the pool, play grounds, tree house or pier. Mary was very responsive to my questions. I would definitely rent from her again.

  Nice upgraded unit, clean, easy access to bay and gulf without having to fight traffic, easy to walk and bike to places. Working high speed and wireless access to the Internet and cable TV. Easy access to shopping areas without having to fight a lot of traffic. Overall a very pleasant experience. Will definitely rent the unit again.

  My family and I just returned from two weeks in this beautiful condo. Everything was clean and elegantly decorated. We had everything we needed to relax and enjoy our time together. The decorations were gorgeous and created a peaceful atmosphere. We enjoyed using the stainless steel appliances, heavy duty blender, coffee maker, and full size washer and dryer. The cooking supplies were more than enough,the dishes and glasses were lovely, and we enjoyed the separate bar area with mini fridge and specialty stemware. We ate dinner out on the screened in porch with lights and fan overlooking the water. Our children enjoyed each having their own large beds and spent lots of time playing games from the cabinet and watching the dvds included in in the condo. We also loved riding the two bikes and using the beach chairs from the owner's closet. The large, flat screen tvs were very nice, and there was plenty of storage space everywhere. We felt like it was a very good value and the perfect, tranquil environment to unwind in. We loved the central location and never felt far from anywhere. In fact, there were several days in a row we did not get in our car at all, because with the bikes and many walking/ riding trails, there was no need. The owner is very helpful, polite, and efficient and even emailed to offer suggestions for things to do with our kids on a day when it rained. We would definitely recommend this condo to anyone and would love to return someday!

  My family loved this property. It was very comfortable and felt like home. It was very nice that the kids were able to have their own room and bath. The dining room and living area are very comfortable with plenty of room. Both bedrooms also have huge closets which made it easy to store suitcases etc. out of the way. We would go back in a flash!

  My family and I just returned from a week stay in Destin. This was our 1st time renting from Mary. This property was perfect for us. Our group included Me, my husband and 3 boys as well as their granparents. Total of 7. It was more than enough room for us! The condo is not right on the beach(which we prefer because rentals are usually cheaper and it is way less crowded) They do however have a beach access right across the street. It is nice and clean. We choose to go to Henderson Beach State Park, though. Its about 6-8.00 a car load but you can come and go as many times as you want. There is a lot of accessible parking, its less crowded and there are nice covered pavilions you can picnic at. The beach toys/stuff provided by Mary is in good condition and comes in very handy!! The location of the condo is also great. Its in Sandestin which is about 5-10 minutes removed from the crampness and crowds in Destin but is still on the same strip. We will def be renting this proprty again!! Resturaunt Suggestions: McGuires Irish Pub, Harry Ts, Dewey Destins, Cheeseburger in Paradise, Fat Clamenzas and for families with hungry kids The Golden Corral :) Must visit Baytowne Warf(which is just a bikeride away from the condo) and Harbor Walk. Destin never gets old!! PS: The beds in this place were sooooooo comfy!!

  We just returned from our stay in this condo and couldn't have ask for a better place to stay. The condo was exactly as shown and described in the pics. The resort was a beautiful place with nice sidewalks throughout and you could walk or ride bikes,(which were provided by the owners), everywhere you wanted to go.The fishing pond right beside the pool was a big hit with my son-in-law and the grandsons. We enjoyed the Baytown warf and watched the fireworks from our balcony at the condo which had a great view. It was in a great location too, only 15-20 min from all the activities we had planned while we were there. The owner was very easy to work with and returned all our emails very promptly and answered all our questions. I would definitely recommend this condo and hope to return again soon myself. Thanks for opening up your home to us for our vacation.

  We had an amazing time and the extra beds so that our whole family could stay together was wonderful! The owner is accesable if absolutely needed and the location is perfect! We're walkers and enjoyed taking the 10min walks to the village wharf and letting the kids play. The unit had everything we needed and the beach things and bikes were perfect!
