This 4 bedroom, 3 bath lake home is located on the Northern end of Gull Lake. The guest cabin has an additional 2 bedrooms and a large family room area. 16 people can sleep in a bed before you need to uses any couches or sleeping bags!
The house is located on a channel where you can enjoy the quiet privacy of wildlife and fishing with quick access to Gull Lake via the channel. The deck oversees a large backyard playing area with a large sandy bonfire area. The large beautiful trees cut down on the wind making bonfires a nightly tradition. If you like to fish, the channel is one of the prime areas of the entire lake during the spring months.
Located 10 miles North of Brainerd and 3 miles Southwest of Nisswa the house is in a great location. Grandview Lodge, Crystal Pierz Marine (boat rental), a public boat launch, Zobaz and Bar Harbor restaurants are about 1 mile away if you do not want to boat to those locations.
This home is fully furnished and equipped with the finest of furniture, flat screen television and superb amenities. Upper level of the main house offers 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths and a very comfortable living room with fireplace and beautiful view of the water and nature. The kitchen has an island and dining area and is a favorite gathering area for late night games. The fully equipped laundry room is also located on the first floor. The lower level has 2 additional bedrooms, 1 full bathroom and another great family room with a fireplace for watching TV or videos. The deck is large and will accommodate at least 6 for dinner. There is a grill and great views located on the deck.
The lower yard is great for croquet, bocce ball, volleyball or other yard games.
This is one of the more relaxing places to be on the lake. You and all your friends will have a wonderful and fun time staying here.
We supply ice, firewood, napkins, paper towels, toilet paper and cleaning supplies and equipment.
You will never want to leave - but you can always return next year!

I recently stayed at this cabin with a group of 13 friends (some couples) in our late 20's. We had a great time! The cabin is huge; we had so much space for everyone which was perfect since everyone could do different things at the same time. The detached unit was very convenient, the people who sleep in there loved the privacy. The house is very nice and well kept. Great deck and firepit area. The yard is much larger than it seems in the pictures and was fantastic for lawn games and volleyball! (I also loved that there was a good mix of shady vs. sunny spots.) The only downfall is that you can't really swim here due to the channel being pretty murky. Overall, I thought the cabin was great and I would definitely recommend staying here!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway.

This place is accurately described and everything a person would look for in a Gull lake getaway. The place is actually a little bit larger than expected. With lake access and a beautiful fire pit area, it provides plenty of opportunity to enjoy a MN summer. The place is great for someone looking for a place to relax as it is hidden in the MN north-woods and off the main lake. If you are looking for a more outgoing time, nearby is some great golfing at the Grand View Lodge golf courses. There is also a Zorbaz bar and grill close by that offers some great nightlife. Overall I would rate my experience 10/10.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway.

I just got back from spending 5 days at this beautiful home with my husband and his family. It was wonderful! I think the home is even nicer than the pictures convey. I would highly recommend this rental if you are looking for a lot of space and a relaxing, quiet time. The backyard is beautiful and we really enjoyed playing yard games and my 17 month old son loved running around! The home was very clean and well kept. I highly recommend it.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, pet owners, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, adventure seekers.
