This ground floor, two bedroom, two bathroom upscale Condominium is located in proximity of the ninth hole of the World Tour Golf Course in Myrtle Beach. The ninth hole is an exact model of the 18th hole of the St. Andrews Golf Course located in Scotland and contains a replica of the world famous Swilcan Bridge.
This well kept pleasantly furnished Condo is setup for family or golfer use. It is within walking distance to the community pool and the World Tour Golf Club House. The Beach is easily reached within minutes. The condo is only minutes from the Myrtle Beach International Airport, Broadway by the Beach, Fantasy Harbour Entertainment Complex, NASCAR, Pelican's Ballpark, The Cal Ripken Experience Tournaments, Coastal Grand Mall, Tanger Factory Outlets, North Myrtle Beach, Fabulous Restaurants and all major golf courses.
The master bedroom has a swing king bed (can convert to two twin beds) with a private bathroom, guest bedroom has two queen beds. The couch in the living room converts to a queen-size bed, bringing the total sleeping capacity to eight comfortably. The 42 inch flat screen TV in the living room features a DVD with cable service. There is also another flat screen TV located in the master bedroom and guest bedroom.
Enjoy the pool area and the great breakfast and drink specials at the elegant clubhouse. Relax on the patio overlooking the golf course.
Our family has truly enjoyed this beautiful facility and surrounding area. It has appealed to my husband's love of golf, and my passion for the beach and entertainment. It's perfectly situated for accessibility to whatever your heart desires. Amusement parks, Broadaway on the Beach, outlets, history, night life, and restaurants are all at your finger tips.

I recently stayed in this condo. I highly recommend this unit. It was VERY well kept; the view is remarkable and the price is unbeatable! I will definitely be returning. Kudos to the owner!Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway.
