1/2 block to the beautiful white sandy beach with park entrance. Nicely furnished 3 Bedroom 2 Bath beach cottage with large screened in porch.
The large backyard is fenced with picnic table and gas grill - Close to Broadway at the beach (on the beach side) and the new boardwalk. Come and relax in this charming beach cottage. Easy walk to many restaurants and bars. We are family friendly and do accept 18 year olds with deposit. We have other accommodations available - email for more information.

When I stayed here, there was other condos/apartments that had pets... and this house being the only house that had a fenced in yard... everyone took their pet there to do their 'business' and we were expected to clean it up and if it wasn't all cleaned up we would be charged. The house, had cockroaches in it, we found one dead and one alive one. The sink was FILTHY... and the stove was a piece of junk. The beds were horribly uncomfortable... and one of the frames were broke and the bed was unleveled. The cleaning job that was apparently done before we got there... was horrible. Looks like no one did anything.Owner response: 9 months later and this is first I hear of this. We do not rent to teenagers anymore after this rental. The beds were fine before the stay and had to replace 2 after they left. The food was everywhere so bugs follow - we had to exterminate after their stay. Plumber was called to unclog sinks full of old food. This is a private fenced yard and no one else should be in it except tenant and their pets. My manager was called there 4 times by neighbors about the all night house parties so surprised they didn't say anything to her. I just thought they were teenagers and didn't know better - all deposits were returned. We have full time manager and maintenance man around the corner so these items could have been addressed right away if we would have known. We care about our guests and want to be sure everything is perfect and that they have an enjoyable vacation. Sorry, Courtney, you did not.
