This is a third story penthouse unit and is strategically located with the best picturesque beach-front views on the property. Every photo in this presentation is taken from Bahia Azul 3C - this precise unit – what you see is what you get.
This condo is on the third floor of a three story condo building in a complex with ten such buildings and a great swimming pool. Best unit in the complex, perfect beach front view, and the roof is a sun deck with a 360 degree view to include direct beach view and nature view behind with parrots, etc. Faces west and sundeck is best at sunset time and into the evening. Building is angled to minimize direct sun effects. Short walk into Jaco, but just far enough away to be quiet and great sleeping, rest etc. If you want action, it is all within walking distance. If you are on a fishing expedition at los Suenos but want a beach front place to stay, it is only a ten minute drive into Los Suenos. Jaco is where the action is. New road is in, only 1 hr and 15 min to San Jose.
The condo is set up like a hotel, with a guard, and a property manager, etc. Maid touch up service is available. All linens and bed clothes are included, towels, etc. Has Wi-Fi and is turn key ready. Grocery stores are near buy and the kitchen is great, utensils, coffee maker, microwave, dishwasher, washing machines, etc.

We were there 7 nights and found it a very clean and comfortable condo.The staff was very accommadating and helpful. We had beautiful views from unit and we felt it was the best unit in the complex for the views. I recommend earplugs for sleeping due to the bar close by that plays loud music late into the night. The pictures were true to the condo. The owner was very helpful also. You can't go wrong with this unit. Enjoy, we sure did.Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

He is a very practical and reasonable person and believes that people should have the best accommodations and should be free and have a great time doing the things they love to do. He also agrees the customer is always right and their concerns should be dealt with expeditiously. Day Star properties has on-site management staff to help with daily concerns.
Why Jaco:
I live in Costa Rica and use this unit myself when I am not working too hard or traveling too much. I bought the best unit I could find because I wanted it for my own use. But I cannot always be there, so I rent it out also.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
Close to all the action in Jaco, but at the quiet and peaceful end of the beach. If you want action, you got it close by, restaurants, grocery store, banks, bars, music, etc. If you want quiet, you got it. Stay put and do wine and cheese on the sun deck watching the sunset over the pacific. Jaco beach gets about 150m wide at low tide and is perfectly flat for long beach walks. If you want a sea breeze and perfect view, you got it. If you want to go fishing at los suenos, 10 minute ride. If you like to surf, well Jaco is great for surfing. If you need to go back to San José, 1 hr and 15 minute clear shot on new road.
