  This Villa is the TRIFECTA 1. It is clean, modern and has the comforts of your own home. 2. Close and convenient to the beach, groceries, restuarants, night life and golf. 3. Cozy and welcoming which allows you to relax and settle in for a real vacation. This only hits on the basics but other ammenities are FREE WiFi, cable TV, pool, HD Flat Screen TV's, laundry facilities, room enough for a family, private parking, tennis courts nearby, and the list goes on. The villa is located in an area that is exercise friendly with many miles of trails or beach for running and biking. We went for a week in 2011 and found that it wasn't long enough so we returned in 2012 for 10 days and will go back to this villa again. The best form of flattery is repeat customers, and that is us!!

  This is our second year in a row to stay at this condo. It is such a spacious place. It is decorated beautifully and just makes you feel like you are at home. The beds were very comfortable and each bedroom has its own bath. The kitchen is very modern with everything you need. We had friends there the same time as us and we gathered at our place for several meals. The living room over looks the pool and the grounds are beautiful. I also loved the fact we could do laundry as often as we wanted because there was a washer and dryer in the condo. We were about one block from the beach and right in the hub of the island. I can not say enough to the owners for keeping such a wonderful hideaway in Hilton Head . We will continue to vacation here every year!!

  We had great time during our stay in Villa #84. This unit is very well equipped (TV’s, WiFi, dishwasher, etc…) and we loved the design. The master bedroom and bath is super, so nice that it has us thinking how we could change ours here at home to be more like it. The villa is very well kept, the location is great, convenient to the beach (easy short walk), bicycle paths, shopping, and restaurants. It was our first time to HHI and we really enjoyed it. HHI is not like places that are geared toward “commercial tourism” and I found that much more relaxing (which is the main reason we vacation). I found the owners to be very helpful in every way that I called upon them (questions about parking, accommodations for the grand baby, and so on). We can recommend this unit without any reservations.

  Thank you so much for the amazing accommodations. Beautiful villa has everything you could ever need for a fun, relaxing stay. Gorgeous rooms were open and fresh. Beautiful master sweet in your "treehouse". Everything was very clean. Love the view of the turtle pond and pool. The kids loved feeding the turtles every day and looking for little "lizards". It was so nice to have such a short walk to the beach (where we were...frequently) and Coligny Plaza for some shopping. Very conveniently located. We even walked to the grocery store a couple times no problem. The owners are super sweet and accommodating... Would definitely rent this villa again.

  My wife and I and two other couples rented this condo for a week earlier this month and had a great experience with EVERYTHING. Location was within walking distance to the beach, many restaurants and shops nearby, the place was extremely clean and in great shape. Loved the pool in the courtyard and really had everything we would have wanted in a vacation home. Better than everything, though, is the experience we had working with the owner. Very prompt, courteous, friendly and catered to us. A great place to stay and see HHI. Tenants like this make me want to use VRBO again.

  This condo is well updated, stocked with a good amount of amenities and very private. Every room has their own bathroom so no one gets in each other’s way. The pool in a wonderful feature and was never crowded. Very close to the beach and many restaurants. We decided to drive to Savannah and Charleston while we were staying here and were able to do both trips with ease. The rest of the time was spent in HH walking the beach, swimming in the pool, shopping and eating out. Love how you can make breakfast and lunch in the condo and then splurge on dinner at a local restaurant. Also was nice to do your laundry before you go home. Would definitely recommend this condo to anyone and would come back again!

  We stayed at this rental early August, and are looking again but a different state. Every new place I look at I comapre to this one. It was great! We had everything we needed and the kids had a wonderful time. I loved the decor and especially the master suite! Plenty of space for our family of 6 with room to spare! The pool access was wonderful too, the older children felt some independence and we had some quite time! Everything was within walking distance even the grocery store! The beach was not as close as we would have liked, but all in all this was very relaxing and a top on our list to go back again when we are in HHI. Thanks so much for opening it up to share!

  We loved the villa, well maintained and great location to everything on the island...many attractions were within easy walking or biking distance. Would certainly rent it again.

  I stayed in this villa in May of last year and it was unbelievable. Like the other reviews say, the pictures DO NOT do it justice. Almost immediately after I arrived home from my vacation (came from northern illinois), I booked another week for the same time the following May. Please do yourself a favor and stay here, there is nothing you will regret about it. PERFECT!

  What a great spot! Pictures do not do it justice. All new, great decorating, anything you could need was available. So nice to have a kitchen on vacation! Ride your bike to the grocery store and put your groceries in your basket. Eat fresh all week! We rented bikes and cruised everywhere; so biker friendly with all the trails. We swam in the warm pool, rode bikes on the beach, visited tourist shops and the salty dog, resale shops galore. I lost a few pounds! It was so nice being a block away from the beach. Weather was perfect, didn't seem like there was any humidity. Great vacation spot. Got my laundry done before we left with the upstairs washer and dryer. This truely felt like a vacation. Even with the 17 hour drive home. Effortless. The beds were comfortable, the deck was great to sit on in the morning to have coffee, nice big dining table to eat as a family; it was just a great time.
