This lovely granny flat is the perfect retreat for a party of one to four to spring from while enjoying beautiful Santa Barbara. Recently built, this fresh flat offers everything needed to feel comfortable, safe, relaxed and right at home.
Each bedroom is graced with a queen size bed, fresh fine linens, down comforters, fluffy pillows and a reasonable size closet. The bathroom has bathtub with a shower, a sink with storage underneath and of course, a toilet.
A fully equipped kitchen offers the perfect place to prepare delicious home cooked meals when desired. All you will need are your groceries that you can find within walking distance. (Trader Joes, Ralphs, and Gelsons). At those times when you don't feel like cooking, there are plenty of nice restaurants and coffee shops within a 5 minute drive.
This is a very light and airy home away from home. There are a lot of windows where you will have views of the mountains as well as the islands. The front balcony offers a lovely place to relax and enjoy your morning coffee in the warmth of the sun or a glass of wine as the sun sets.
Everyone who has stayed here has thoroughly enjoyed their stay and felt it was the perfect place to come home to. Although this is a smaller flat it has offered each guest just what they have needed.

Our four day and three night stay was very relaxing in this charming apartment. The description and pictures accurately represent this listing. The apartment is within easy walking and biking distance to shopping and restaurants on upper State Street. There are ocean and mountain views from the inside. The kitchen was fully equipped including ice cream in the freezer and coffee and tea ready for brewing. The hosts were friendly and knowledgeable of the area attractions and local highlights. We will definitly make the Cozy Cabana our Santa Barbara retreat central on return trips.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, sightseeing, age 55+, girls getaway.

This bright, airy and cozy flat was the perfect place for me to stay. It has everything I needed and is in a wonderful location in Santa Barbara. It's close to downtown, the beach, hiking trails and shopping. Everything in the flat is in excellent condition and it feels like home the second you walk in the doors. It has 2 bedrooms that are plenty spacious for a stay in Santa Barbara. The living area opens up to a lovely balcony on warm days. From the balcony, you'll even have ocean views. The flat is in a quiet neighborhood and is always peaceful. It is very private and I think it is far better than staying in a hotel! I highly recommend this flat to anyone who loves feeling at home while they are away.
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, romantic getaway, sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.
