What a great condo! Love everything about this place to stay. I highly recommend staying here. Great location, pools, accommodations and of course the beach. Great price and great place for all the family and friends. Will definitely be staying there again!

Beautiful emerald warm water and snow white sand!!!! Summer Place was the perfect place for our August vacation! Clean and comfortable accommodations with brand new flat screen T.V.'s and comfy furniture. The pool was always clean and refreshing after a hot day at the beach. Exercise room has all you need for a morning workout. Location is close to shops, restaurants, and grocery, put-put and fun family activities. Would highly recommend Summer Place, reasonably priced, clean, comfortable and fantastic location!
Recommended for:Sightseeing, adventure seekers, girls getaway, families with young children, families with teenagers.

I stayed here a couple of weeks ago and it was wonderful. Walls were freshly painted and brand new flat screen tv! Nice large balcony overlooking the ocean. I loved this place and the location. Close enough to walk to many restaurants to eat. I will stay here again for certain!
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

My family and I stayed here for fall break in October 2011. We loved the location of Summer Place and the pools were huge for a building this size. However, this condominium was in desperate need of updating. The walls and baseboards were scratched and dirty. The sofas were worn out and dirty, when you sat down it was difficult to get back up because you had sunk down in the couch. And the carpet in the bedrooms was not very clean. All in all, this entire condo was in need of some major updating.
