Two bedrooms and loft provide plenty of space for family and friends to relax. Enjoy 100 feet of sandy lake shore on this clear and deep 1100 acre lake.

Spend your day on the lake or golfing at Cumberland Golf Club and the evenings by the camp fire. Extra feature include dock and pontoon for rental.

Why the Owner Chose Cumberland

We bought this home because my parent's have a cabin across the lake. We also want our children to have many fun memories that they can reflect on in the future. We purchased this home in 2002. Unfortunately it was in desperate need of repair. Over the years we have done many updates and now the cabin and garage are done! Always projects, but now we commit to one new thing a year to keep it updated whether it is refacing the garage, staining, landscaping, new deck, or a paved drive-way (hopefully this year!) We maintain and update the cabin to keep it at a high level of cleanliness and affordabililty so your family and friends can make memories of your own!

The Unique Benefits at this Cabin

I'm not sure about the uniqueness of our cabin because all the cabins around the lake utilize all that Beaver Dam Lake has to offer. Water sports, relaxation, family/friend time, and golfing. Unique to our cabin 24th Ave is a dead end so we do not get the traffic that makes parents nervous with small children and animals. We have fabulous neighbors, friendly, but also they respect your privacy. Large lot for parking and playing yard games. Newer cabin and appliances so you do not have the "old cabin" smells. I think that's it?!?!?!

We are a family of four living in Chaska, MN. My husband is a Financial Planner for Morgan Stanley Smith Barney. I am a stay at home Mom, working on my Masters degree and I have an event planning company that I work in the summer. We have two beautiful daughters that love-love the cabin! Unfortunately due to our busy lifestyle we do not get to the cabin enough, so we decided it was to wonderful to keep to ourselves. We decided to rent it out a couple summers ago and have been very pleased with the renters. We are grateful our renters cherish our cabin as much as we do! Cozy, clean cabin with beautiful view!

We stayed here for a long weekend with our three kids and had a wonderful time! Beautiful view of the lake. Our kids enjoyed the sandy bottom, clean lake. The adults enjoyed morning coffee and evening cocktails on the deck overlooking the lake! The town of Cumberland is very close to the cabin, which is nice for ice runs, etc. Beds were comfortable and the cabin was very clean.

This cabin was as nice as it gets, and was surrounded with everything you could ever need for a quiet, relaxing weekend. I would recommend the pontoon rental, the lake is nice and quiet, even managed to catch a few fish! Will definitely be back next year!

Recommended for:Pet owners, romantic getaway, tourists without a car, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.
