Newly built (2009) Spanish style home with a beautiful infinity pool and patio. Home features 3 spacious air conditioned bedrooms and 3 baths, teak ceilings throughout, ceiling fans in every room and on the covered terraces.
Great indoor/outdoor living as both the dining and living rooms open out onto the terrace and pool deck. The dining table sits on wheels so you can enjoy meals alfresco on the terrace. The well appointed kitchen includes stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops with a peninsula for casual counter seating. The two upstairs bedroom suites have sliding glass doors which open onto a covered terrace. All of the bathrooms feature granite counter tops and spacious walk in showers with Hans Grohe fixtures.
The hilltop location is just minutes from the beach and provides cooling ocean breezes, a great preview of the surf and endless sunsets.

This house is in great shape and was perfect for 3 couples. The view is spectacular and sunsets sitting in the pool overlooking the bay were a definite highlight of the trip. The house is well stocked and had everything we needed for cooking on our own including a BBQ, which was great. One thing I would say though is that the house is up on the hill and you will have to drive to the beach and into town (rent a 4x4!). We enjoyed being a bit removed from the "busier" part of town but it's something you should be aware of. "Your home is amazing and fabulous!!! We absolutely loved it. Breath taking view all day long. The kitchen was great with the granite counter tops with a large area to entertain. We played cards and Mexican Train on the large bar area. The pool was always refreshing and a beautiful sight. The monkeys came right along side the house in the trees. It was great to see them at eye level from the balcony. It is such a wonderful home and we absolutely loved it. I think going forward, we will always want to rent a home with a view. About the owner: I came down to Nosara for a surf camp back in 2001 and fell in love with the beauty of the area and the people. It took several years and trips to Nosara before i clued in to actually buy my own plot of dirt and even longer to build my home. I finally finished in late 2009. When i am not in Nosara honing my surfing, salsa and Spanish skills, I am dreaming of blue skies and warm water from my home in Denver, Colorado. I hope you enjoy your stay at my home and all that Costa Rica has to offer!
