We listed our condo as ‘Perfect One Bedroom Condo on the Beach’ for many reasons. This condo is perfect for your vacation on the beach. It is ground level and ON THE BEACH. Step out the door to the beach and pool. No elevator needed. The beach front heated pool, spa, shuffleboard, gas grills, and laundry facilities are all on the same level, only steps from the condo.
Open the sliding glass doors to the perfect lanai for outdoor living. The lanai bumps out from the building and is screened on TWO sides. This screening on two sides provides expansive views of the white sand beach and Gulf, and wonderful cross breezes. Relax on the lanai with a drink and your loved one while watching the gorgeous sunset on the Gulf. Step down the lanai screen door to enjoy our private patio and lounge chairs. Or, grab your sunglasses and our beach chairs, dig your feet in the sand and feel the beach up close.
Exceptionally perfect in our condo is the beachfront king bedroom. Listen to the waves, gaze at the stars, and watch the sunrise light the morning sky - all from the beachfront bedroom. The night sky and early morning views from the bedroom window are amazing; it will beckon you to look out at the changing scenery. The king bed is covered with a luxurious turquoise duvet, shams and pillows. The mattress, box spring and four bed pillows are all encased in a premium allergen protective barrier so you can sleep easy. The bedroom has an adjoining bathroom, and a walk in closet with two luggage racks.
The entire condo is tiled with expansive 20” tile extending into the lanai, and is tastefully decorated in tranquil blue/green colors reflecting the Gulf. The condo feels like it belongs on the beach.
The location of Estero Beach Club (2580 Estero Blvd) is perfect in Ft Myers Beach. Estero Beach Club is close to activities and restaurants, yet it is private and quiet too. You can walk (or take the 50 cent Trolley) to the Pier, shops, restaurants, and nightly entertainment. There is a reserved covered parking space for our condo, and the building has on-site management. Also convenient - Topps grocery store is directly across the street from Estero Beach Club.
The condo is furnished with everything you need to enjoy your stay. We think our condo is perfect and we’re sure you will enjoy your visit. Our renters come back to stay, so we know they enjoy all this condo has to offer.

My wife and I have been going to Ft. Myers for nearly 10 years and we stumbled across this opportunity about 5 years ago. The price was awesome and the dates around the 4th of July works great for my "school teacher" wife. It is perfect for what we want to do on a vacation- nothing. The pool is always clean and warm....the room has all of the amenities one would want.....The first year we found a new king size bed...the 2nd year there was a new HD TV...the 3rd year was new tile. There always seems to be a new upgrade each year! We are approx.1 mile from the Pier.....across the street is a grocery store, just a lot of conveniences that make it wonderful. Last year we dodged Hurricane Debbie and lost power twice, dropped a bottle of pop and it exploded in the kitchen the 1st night,got a call from home and my wife's mom had suffered a stroke( she made a quick recovery before we headed back), lost our car keys on the beach on our last night, and I jumped into that wonderful pool with my phone in my shorts, BUT still had a memorable trip! :) Can't wait for late June 2013!Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, romantic getaway.

This is our last day here and we are sad to be leaving tomorrow morning. My wife and I have been married 29 years and this is the most relaxing vacation we have ever had. It was great not to worry about anything and to be away from all the hustle of every day life. Every morning I would get up while my wife was still asleep and go on a great bike ride. Then when I got back we would have breakfast on the lanai and just listen to the waves. The rest of the day was either laying by the pool or walking on the beach. Never in a hurry. It was great. Thank you so much.Recommended for: Age 55+.

This was a super place. It is RIGHT on the beach with steps leading from the back screened in porch out to the surf. You stand at the kitchen sink and look through the opening through the dining area right to the gulf! Close enough to walk to restaurants on the beach but not overloaded with people everywhere either. I would consider it a great value and is exactly as advertised. A nice upscale accomodations and a fair price. Take my advise and GO!!!!Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

This condo was everything that the the owners advertised. It was clean and had all the amenities you would need. The location to the beach was wonderful. The best part was falling to sleep each night to the sound of the waves hitting shore. Hope to be back next year!!Recommended for: Tourists without a car, age 55+, romantic getaway.
