Welcome to your home away from home! Emerald Isle is one of the newest condos in Panama City Beach. Peaceful, luxurious, and comfortable. Close enough to Pier Park to enjoy the shopping, movies, food, and fishing, but far enough to avoid the crowds. This end-unit condo stands out with extra square footage (1238 sq ft), fabulous beach view from extra large bowed balcony, breathtaking view of Pier Park and Front Beach Rd, and its own reserved parking space conveniently located under the building without having to walk across the street. Our unit is on the 20th floor with a beautiful view of the ocean and away from any street noise.
When you enter the condo, you'll see custom tile floors in the hallway and kitchen areas. There are king-size beds each in the guest bedroom and master bedroom, Berber-style carpet, each equipped with a large Sony TV and DVD player. View the beach from an extra large bowed balcony accessible both from the living area and master bedroom. The guest bedroom has a beautiful view down Front Beach Road and Pier Park. The living area hosts a sleeper sofa for any additional guests and also has a large Sony TV, and DVD player. Internet and cable TV is included. The kitchen is stocked for cooking at your convenience. Linens and towels are provided, and the washer and dryer in the condo comes in handy as well.
It is so fantastic to be right on the beach. The building has over 200 feet of beach front space with convenient walkway access just a few steps to the white sands. Optional beach service with umbrella and beach chairs available. Relax in the two large swimming pools (one of them is indoor/outdoor), and large hot tub. Steam and dry sauna rooms and exercise room are inside. Para sailing, jet skiing, and other activities are practically right there. You are located conveniently near restaurants, groceries, and shopping; very easy to go casual or to dine at many fine restaurants.

My husband, kids and I stayed at this condo the 4th of July week of 2012. It was great. Watching the fireworks from the end balcony was wonderful. We had plenty of room during our stay and it is decorated very nicely. We liked it so much we have already booked it again for the same week nex year!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, girls getaway.
