Beachcomber Villa #17, 3rd fl corner Unit is Located in the “Heart of 7-Mile Beach”. 3 doors down from the Ritz Carlton. My unit faces the ocean and looks up North toward the Ritz. This side of the complex has better views! There is a window and in every room--very light naturally.
The Beachcomber opened Summer of 2009 and is the newest, most luxurious location on 7-mile Beach. We have an 80 ft pool, 2 hot tubs/Jacuzzi's, 2 cabana beach huts in the sand, first class workout facility, under ground parking, is located convenient to all the shops, grocery, restaurants, and friendly management and staff.
Our pristine white sandy beaches, warm breezes, beach huts, palm trees and lush landscaping will put you in the Island Mood immediately. All our condos are oceanfront and are outfitted to the most luxirious taste with all modern amenities for luxury living.
We are located a short walk from the Ritz-Carlton, Westin and ex-Hyatt.
About the Beachcomber:
The Beachcomber is the newest property on the 7-mile beach It is located in the center of gorgeous Seven Mile Beach on the west side of the island (leeward side) for breathtaking sunsets. It offers the seclusion you want to make your vacation a true get-away, yet its central location allows for easy walking access for dining, shopping, golf, snorkeling, water sports and more. We have only 40 units with just 22 villas that are available for rent. We are a short 10 minute drive or taxi from Grand Cayman Airport.
Air Travel to and from Grand Cayman is readily available via the Grand Cayman Airport, Owen Roberts (GCM). Many major American carriers have direct daily or weekly flights to Grand Cayman, including American Airlines, Continental, Delta, Cayman Air, Spirit and US Airways from cities like New York, Atlanta, Houston, Charlotte, Ft. Lauderdale, Miami and Newark.
From Europe, British Airways is the easiest way to reach Grand Cayman airport, which usually makes a stop in the Bahamas en route to the Grand Cayman airport.

Welcome to Villa #17, a unique 3rd Floor 3 Bedroom, 3 Bath corner unit which has stellar views, luxurious comfort and great functionality. This light-filled Villa offers 2200 sq. ft with large windows, high ceilings, and an oversized patio with partial screened in for dining, and another sun deck area for viewing.
Villa #17 has spectacular ocean/beach views which are available from the Kitchen, Dining room, Living room, Master suite and guest bedroom. Once inside, guests may enjoy high-end fixtures, bar- height dining table/chairs for better views from the expansive windows and glass doors, handicap handrails in master bath, queen pull out sofa, granite counter tops, and luxury appliances throughout.
To make your stay more enjoyable, this unit provides a notebook PC to compliment the free Wi-Fi for internet access and a free Magic Jack phone for US calling in or out for guest’s use. For your entertainment, # 17 features a 46” Samsung LCD TV/DVD in the living room, a 32” LCD flat screen TV/DVD with up to 150 cable TV/music channels, and an I-Home to play your I-Pod in each of the bedrooms.
In addition to these unique features, guests may enjoy the large in-suite master bath with tub and shower, a fully stocked laundry room with washer/dryer and an extra laundry sink for rinsing beach gear. It is a short swim off-shore to the LEFT about 200-300 yards towards the swim buoys. It has an abundance of beautiful tropical fish, grouper, parrot fish, turtles, rays, and puffer fish all on 3 shallow coral reefs. It is in 6-12 feet of water.

The Beachcomber 17 we return to, year after year. Wow, what a wonderful condo hotel room and right on the best part of Seven Mile Beach. 17 is unique because it is a quiet end-unit with daylight all the way down the side. 3 bedrooms and they all have windows and 3 private full baths. The master bedroom is your postcard kingsize room. Walk-in closet, a roman style bath, patio doors opening onto a very large full-width balcony, facing the sunset, and sometimes a "green flash". The pool is one of those prize winning designs, with 2 added jacuzzis. This unit is deluxe equipped. Free Wi-Fi, Magic-Jack for free calls home. Cable on huge TV's. Full laundry room. The long beach is powder-soft white sand, good beach chairs and umbrellas, all complimentary. And the snorkeling our front is great in crystal-clear water. We watched the turtles go by one evening. Even a harmless stingray. Right across the street is a huge modern supermarket. The ladies will love the large kitchen, with more modern equipment than at my home. All Air-conditioned. This is one of the best places on 7-mile beach. Easy access to grocery, restaurants, and the best reef for snorkeling. The condo is beautiful inside and a great open deck for watching the sunset every night. The condo would be perfect for families or anyone else. Very spacious and inviting, with all the amenities needed, including wifi.Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, people with disabilities, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

The Beachcomber is located right on 7 Mile Beach within walking distance of many restaurants, stores and a grocery. It is a new complex with all of the amenities you want. Unit #17, located on the 3rd floor, is a corner unit with many windows offering incredible views. This 3BR/3BA condo is spacious with a screened porch and sundeck. It is the best unit at the Beachcomber. Multiple TVs and hi speed internet keep you connected to the outside world. I would recommend this property and this Unit to anyone desiring the best on 7 Mile Beach.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

Wow, this 3rd floor corner unit at the Beachcomber was just perfect-- great views up towards the Ritz and the water, beach huts for sunsets, and awesome snorkeling on the reefs out front. This unit only one of two corner units that have both a screened in porch and a sun deck. It has views from the master and most of the bedrooms and kitchen. This unit provided us with a laptop PC with a 300,000 song music juke box and Magic Jack for free calling back to my office. Luxury, well maintained, and great mgrs. We are planning our next trip for this summer.Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, people with disabilities, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

WOW! My wife and I had an incredibly romantic vacation in Grand Cayman recently, and this resort was the perfect place to stay. Our unit was on the third floor and had an incredible view of the stunning pool and beach and sea. The unit was quite unique to many of the other units because of its HUGE screened porch and sun terrace. It is also unique because it is an "end unit" which allows for windows on 3 sides. The views in every direction were absolutely breathtaking! Unbelievable. My wife and I spent much of our time in the pool and spa, and enjoyed the sunsets each evening while lounging in the pool and using the complimentary BBQ grilles. Pure decadence! The resort's location at the center of 7-mile beach was perfect for taking long walks in both directions up and down the beach. We were also walking distance to the island's main market and boutique shops and restaurants and night clubs. We enjoyed walking up the beach to Calico Jack's for great food and live music and pina colatas! We made several new friends, and by the end of our stay, we were actually starting to feel like one of the locals! It was immediately apparent that our unit was well designed, and well loved. I am an architect and I appreciate good design. Everything seemed brand new...nicer that most 5-star hotels that we have stayed at! The place had everything we could hope for, and actually had more amenities that we have at home! State of the art electronics and appliances with superior quality and ease of use. I DID NOT WANT TO LEAVE! And...I can't wait to go back! The snorkeling was absolutely incredible. There is no need to rent a boat...we simply walked across the pure white sand and then started snorkeling right in front of the resort! There are awesome coral reefs about 100 yards out, and my wife and I saw sea turtles, lobster, squid, and what seemed to be every other type of fish know to man! The water was warm and crystal clear so our underwater photographs came out perfect. It was the best snorkeling we have ever experienced. WOW!Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, people with disabilities, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

The location on 7-mile beach was unbelieveable and just a short walk to the Ritz! The unit has incredible ocean front views and a huge patio with tables and lounge chairs. There is also a huge pool with two jacuzzi's and an awesome outdoor grill. I can't imagine a better unit than this one!Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, tourists without a car, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

Mr. Evans, My family stayed at the Beachcomber from 4/24-5/1/11 and it was incredible. I worked with Danielle to book the unit and also to register. She was a pleasure to work with, even when she had to come to the office to register us on Easter Day! She was eager to help with directions and other questions during our stay and always had a smile on her face. I'd also like to compliment the housekeeping staff. They did a great job and were so friendly that I actually looked forward to seeing them each day. This unit exceeded my expectations. It was absolutely beautiful and the location was perfect. This condo is the best unit in the best resort on the best beach in the carribean!!! The owner was very attentive (we corresponded several times) and the staff was very friendly and helpful! We traveled with our two children and their spouses and three young grandchildren. Cribs and high chairs were set up before we arrived. The condo was tastefully decorated and the covered balcony and open balcony greatly increased the spaciousness of our unit. The grounds were immaculate and the pool area and beach were never crowded. There was plenty of shade available (palm trees, huts, umbrellas) if you wanted to "escape" the warm sunshine for awhile. The grocery store across the street was very convenient. Hoping to return next year!Recommended for: Tourists without a car, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.
