  We have stayed in this unit 3 times know and love the location right on the ocean and the unit is nicely updated and comfortable. Can't beat the ocean views and sounds. We attended a concert at the Wharf, Kenny Chesney which was a blast it was also the kick-off of the gumbo fest at the Wharf. We love Cosmo's in Orange Beach great food~ good music. We also take advantage of the wonderful tennis complex that Gulf Shores has. If you play tennis it is wonderful! Only good things come to mind when we think of Gulf Shores. Try it, you will be glad you did!

  Very nice condo in the perfect location, right off the white sand beach. Nice updates to the condo but pillows and bedding could be replaced in all rooms. Washer and dryer were great!! Views were amazing!! No elevator, so the stairs with all our luggage, groceries and two kids were a bit of a challenge. A few additional fry pans with covers would have been nice, in addition to some basic spices (salt & pepper at least) for cooking and a few extra plastic drinking glasses. Our only other complaint is that with the beach you have sand, but the floors were disgusting from the time we walked into the condo. A "no shoe" rule would be great to keep the sand out, or at least a lot better cleaning of the floors when people leave, so that people can actually walk around on the nice tile floors without having their feet covered in sand. All in all, great stay, great location, great condo!

  This is a great condo right on the beach, in a quiet, family-friendly low rise building. The condo was just right for us - our son had his own room with a TV! The condo was clean and very comfortable, just like home. Richard was a pleasure to work with and we really did feel like welcomed guests here. The view is outstanding! The pool area is a bit small but with such a beautiful beach, we didin't really need the pool. S&S Seafood across the street offers tasty seafood to go at a good price. I just loved everything about our vacation and this condo and would recommend it to anyone who asks. Hope we can visit again soon!

  Awesome condo located directly on the beach. Perfect for small family or couple. Enjoyed relaxing on beach and sitting on balcony while my husband combed the beach with his metal detector searching for treasures. Condo is just a short drive from popular hangouts and shopping. We enjoyed the outlet shopping and mardi gras parades during our stay. We ate at Crico's pizza - it was delish and also enjoyed a night at Lulu's with great food and a live band! We will definitely visit Gulf Shores again and return to this condo! Richard was very accommodating!

  This was an awesome place to stay. It was right on the beach, The description of the condo on vrbo was exactly the way the condo was set up when we got there. Richard was very helpful and easy to deal with. We enjoyed just hanging out on the beach and the pool at Sunchase. We recommend anyone to go and eat at The Hangout. It was a whole lot of fun for the whole family! They have a bunch of activities for the children and adults. The food was also good! We also went to the Miranda Lambert Concert at The Wharf Ampitheater on Thursday, October 4, 2012. It was wonderful! It was a great place to watch a concert outdoors! And if you want to play mini golf go to Pirate's Island. It was a tough and fun course to play! But the best part of our stay was staying at the condo #201 at Sunchase complex where it was clean and well-maintained! Our family recommends this condo for everyone to stay! We hope to stay here again next year during Fall Break! God Bless!

  The family had a wonderful stay at Sunchase. The condo was fantastic and met our needs great. We have two small children and it was very nice to be so close to the beach. The condo was decorated very nice and was like home for a week. The pool though small was perfect size for the kids to get in and enjoy and mom and dad liked the hot tub. Quiet and calm atmosphere. The deck was very nice though a littel table and chair set up would have been nice to sit and eat meals outside. Shrimp Basket and Lulu's were close and very nice. Suggest walking across the street to not miss the seafood market, ice cream shop, and bar without door patio. They are hidden away from main people areas and very good. Richard was easy to deal with in booking, process was great. Keyless entry is fantastic. The condo is as Richard advertises 100% on the site. It is clean and well maintained. You won't be disappointed.

  Our family had a great time at Sunchase 201. The location was great and the view was awesome. I would reccommend to anyone. The owners were great to work with and the Condo was well equiped down to the sand toys! An added bonus was seeing Dolphins just off the shore on two sepeate evenings from the balcony!

  This was our first Gulf Shores experience and we have Richard to thank for making it so memorable! We loved everything about this condo, but mostly the cleanliness and the amazing view and beach accessibility. We have 3 kids, including 2 teenagers, and this was our first vacation ever that Mom and Dad actually got to relax! Richard has thought of everything in the condo so it truly was worry-free. In fact, we overpacked! Do not hesitate to rent this condo - but please safe a week for us, we hope to come back next year. Totally worth the 14 hour drive from Missouri! I thought I already reviewed this property but it isn't here, so please forgive me if I posted twice! :)

  My family (myself, husband, 3 kids -10, 13, 14) had a fantastic time here. The condo was perfect in every way. Great location, clean, and incredible beach access. Richard is wonderful to work with. It was honestly the best vacation we have ever had, we hope to make it an annual trip!!
