  The unit was everything and more than we expected! The location and the view was spectacular. When you enter the beautiful appointed lobby you could tell right away the amenities will be fantastic. The unit was decorated very tastefully and extremely comfortable. There was plenty of room and the unit was very clean and well maintained. The layout was perfect and the kitchen had everything you would possibly need. Parking garage was very convenient for unloading and accessing unit. Piya was wonderful to communicate with and very thoughtful supplying a welcome bottle of wine. Having a great place just makes your time in OC just that much better. I would highly recommend even though I would love to keep it a secret. Ingrid

  We stayed in this beautiful condo in the off season. It is truly an immaculate place with everything you could possibly need - and more! The building is new and everything in the unit is also brand new, from the appliances to all the dishes and pans. We just loved this place! The building is also incredibly clean and modern. We enjoyed the workout room and the indoor pool. Even in the off season, there is plenty to do here. The restaurants are great! And we loved visiting the wild ponies on Assateague Island. Piya seemed to really care that we enjoyed our stay. She made several suggestions about things to do and places to go. She was incredibly accomodating. This was a welcome break from the cold and snow of New England! Thanks, Piya!

  We had a really nice time at Pyia's place, and we were very happy with the condo – very nice place! The master bedroom being up front, with the ocean view was very nice. We stayed previously on a unit on the 7th floor (same building) where the master bedroom had no view. We also liked that you had beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, kid’s toys, etc., which saved us from having to carry all that stuff in the car. Very convenient! Throughout the entire experience with Piya, I found her to be honest, generous, and very customer service oriented - wanting to do what it takes to please the guests. I made a suggestion for an improvement; to add another toaster, because with 9 people making toast, it took a while as you can imagine – Piya ordered another toaster, which should be in the condo now. It's nice to see that sort of care and follow-up to our suggestions. As far as the condo itself, it was very nicely decorated, very clean, and had all the ammenities we could want. Piya also made sure that there were supplies such as toilet paper, hand towels, soap, etc. There were also nice benefits such as Wifi inside the condo (not all condos offer it) and beach towels. Also for a small fee, you can request to have the beds made with the sheets. If you're looking for a place to stay in Ocean City, MD, this is definitely a place you should consider - you won't be disappointed!!!

  We stayed during the high summer season and thoroughly enjoyed it. The owner has thought of absolutely everything. The condo was clean, the rooms were large and the kitchen stocked with anything we could have needed. The layout of one bathroom for each bedroom worked terrifically with four teenagers in tow. We appreciated being able to pop back into the building from the beach to use the bathrooms by the pool without having to go all the way up to the condo. The teenagers enjoyed the convenience of simply crossing the street to get ice cream each night from Dumser's. We would definitely stay here again.

  This was our familys third summer at the condo and included my daughter's family with her daughter age 5 and son age 6; and my son's family with his sons age 5 and 10. The Gateway Grand is a wonderful family friendly beach resort facility with every amenity one could possibly ask for and the owner and staff go out of their way to provide any needed assistance and make your stay enjoyable and worry free. The kids had a great time at the beach, boogie boarding, the pool, mini golfing, watching the fire works, going on the boardwalk, shopping and just relaxing. My son, oldest grandson and myself also played a round of golf at the Ocean City Golf Club which is a great, although somewhat challenging course, but with great rates. All in all it was another great vacation week and we will definitely be back next year.

  My family and I can't rave enough about the wonderful week we just spent in Ocean City and our accomodations. Piya truly goes above and beyond to ensure every detail is covered. She provided helpful recommendations before we arrived, made sure everything was going smoothly during our stay and assisted us in the return of a key item I left behind after we departed. The condo is beautifully decorated, impeccably clean and incredibly comfortable. We had four adults and two small children in our group, and we all felt relaxed and at home immediately upon our arrival (greeted by a bottle of wine--what a perfect way to start our vacation). The condo is right on the beach and near many great places to eat--right across the street is an ice cream drive in that makes amazing sundaes and a pretty good shrimp basket. The kitchen had everything we needed for to make meals except food; the wine/beverage fridge in the kitchen island was a nice touch. We appreciated the parking garage and indoor pool that come along with the stay in the condo--the security there is top notch. My son loved having a bunk bed and his own TV for the week. I loved drinking coffee in the mornings/wine at night on the balcony and taking in the views and sounds of the ocean. It was heavenly and exactly what I wanted when I searched for a place to rent. Piya's exceptional hospitality and personal touch set the tone for a fantastic week. I strongly recommend staying here and hope to do so again next year!

  Our stay in this condo was perfect! The location of the Gateway Grand is ideal for easy access to everything Ocean City has to offer, but that is even if you want to leave this amazing resort. The building offers so many amenities. Our children especially loved the indoor pool. Unit #314 is ideally located from the parking garage. The unit was clean and inviting with everything we needed for our stay. The owners thought of every detail down to providing towels, sheets, paper products and a very well stocked kitchen with all the utensils and more! We would recommend this unit and would certainly stay there again ourselves. The service provided by the owner was impeccable. She was kind, helpful and wanted us to enjoy our stay!

  This was the first time I have used this online service to book a place, and I was a bit nervous. However, after my inquiry, the owner contacted me immediately and the process was fast and simple. We arrived and the owners left a nice bottle of wine for us, and the place was immaculate, they also checked in with us soon after arrival to make sure everything was in order. The 3 bedroom, 3 bath condo was very nicely appointed and inviting. It had everything that we needed including kitchen supplies, linens, bath and beach/pool towels. The building is right on the beach and our balcony and master bedrood had nice views of the beach and the bay. The Gateway Grand building is truly a luxury building with private access garage parking, the lobby is incredible, and there is a kids video gameroom, and the indoor pool and attached gym was a great to have asset for the kids and us. Each bedroom also had a nice flat panel TV which is nice when everyone wants their own space at end of day. The location is also perfect, if you want to cook your own meals the kitchen is nicely equipped, and for a quick dessert walk right across the street to Dumptsters for some decadent ice cream treats. If cooking is not your thing, dining options are pleantiful and close. The boardwalk is quick 5 minute bus ride or car ride away for people watching and kid fun activities. There are plenty of options to stay at the beach and I have been going to OC for over 30 years, but I would say for the money this is one of the best.

  We were first and foremost impressed with Piya the owner she made this vacation before we even arrived..... Then when we did arrive we were so pleased with how clean an absolutely beautiful this unit was... The view was breathtaking and the security staff that worked at this condo building were so friendly. It was one of those vacations that you just felt right at home. My kids age 31 and 28 especially loved the area several wonderful restaurants and things to do for the old and young...We are hoping to go back next year and need to get on the ball because I am sure this unit will be full soon... Piya God bless you for setting the tone for what was a well needed vacation....See ya next year..

  Piya's condo was fabulous! The pictures don't do it justice. Beautifully decorated, conveniently located (although right off the elevator, it's really quiet!), and well stocked. That was the best feature! Piya thought of everything: paper towels, hand soap at all of the sinks, laundry and dish soap, t-paper, even saran wrap and left over containers. You don't need to bring anything but yourselves and the food you want. We slept 9 very comfortably and had plenty of space inside the condo so we weren't right on top of eachother. The building was gorgeous. The indoor pool was a God-send on 2 rainy mornings. The outdoor pool was pretty, but we just didn't use it. For some reason it was windy right near the building and chilly. The storeage locker was AWESOME. Everything you need for the beach except for towels. This saved us a TON of space in the car!

  I've stayed all over the world but have rarely experienced the kind of hospitality the owners of this property bestowed upon us. Piya was a superb and efficient communicator from the first moment that I made inquiry into availability of her lovely 3 bedroom condo at Gateway Grand. Upon arrival to the building and the unit itself, my family and I felt at peace and in luxury. The building, its view and amenities are first-class and the unit itself is beautifully decorated as well as spotless. This is not to mention the fact that we were left a bottle of Prosecco and a Bath and Body Works gift set to welcome us. The view to me is spectacular. We had perfect ocean AND bay views and were able to spot fireworks at Seacrets for Memorial Day. We felt as if we had a first row seat. Linens and towels as well as paper goods, soaps etc. were provided to us. There was a full-size washer and dryer which we used almost daily. Two parking spaces and very easy access to the parking lot were terrific since we had my mother with us. The indoor and outdoor pool and well as fitness center are wonderful. The location is sublime- close to everything OC. Overall, here is how I'd characterize our trip: My mother, the interior designer, loved how the unit was decorated. My son, the water lover, relished the beach and pool. My husband, who wants easy access to everything, loved the location. I enjoyed the graciousness of the owners, and we are already in the process of booking our next stay! Thank you, Piya! All my best-

  Thank you so much Piya, your condo is beautiful. The place was spotless and well equipped. The bedrooms and bathrooms are all nice sized (especially the master). Plenty of room in the kitchen and family room, nice balcony, washer/dryer, pantry and lots of cabinets. There were plenty of dishes, silverware and glassware. The extra plus for me was that there was hand soap at every sink, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, trash bags, coffee filters, toilet paper and paper towels and for a small fee the linens were included. So nice not to have to pack all of those things. Cleanliness is very important to me and I can tell you this place was spotless, even the ceiling fans didn't have a speck of dust on them. I will definitely be staying here again. Thanks again!

  My family and I stayed at this condo in September of this year and I can not say enough. This was a last minute vacation as we can rarely all get away together with everyone's busy schedules. The owner was extremely helpful in making this happen for us. The condo is even more beautiful than the pictures show. Sitting on the balcony and watching the dolphins and the tides was so relaxing for me. I had my coffee there in the morning and my wine in the evening. We have been coming to Ocean City for at least 20 years. A favorite spot when the children were young and still a favorite now that they are adults. We used the beach chairs and umbrellas everyday. The building is so secure and the parking garage a bonus as we also brought our motorcycles. The staff in the building are very helpful and friendly. I must also mention the fabulous kitchen which is equipped with everything you need to cook and serve a meal, including a built in beverage cooler in the kitchen. The condo is located across the street from many restaurants within walking distance but we did cook in a couple of times. We are all hoping to be able to return to this specific condo again many times. It is by far the nicest place I have ever stayed in Ocean City. The owner is very helpful and made us feel very welcome in her condo.

  The building is one of the newest condo properties in Ocean City and the builder really put a lot of thought into what today’s families would want in a beach vacation. First, there’s tons of parking, both in the garage and on the street. Also, security is quite evident as guests need a fob to access most areas of the property. Other amenities include workout classes, a spacious gym, a community kids activity room, indoor AND outdoor pools great for families with small kids and an accessible beach 100 feet behind the building. This particular unit also provided beach gear – umbrella, cart, chairs – which was very helpful. The condo itself is spacious and well appointed. It is located on the 3rd floor, VERY convenient to the garage walkway and elevators (and great for those with phobia of heights like my elderly mother.) Our family of 8 adults and 2 children were very comfortable during our weekly stay – with 3 bedrooms, a pullout couch, 3 bathrooms (master bath is amazing and huge with 3 head shower and separate whirlpool tub!), roomy, modern kitchen (loved the separate beverage fridge which was part of the island!) and accessible laundry room, no one was inconvenienced in the least. We spent a lot of time on balcony enjoying the lovely views of the ocean and points north. The sliding glass door was so thick (as was all doors and windows), that sound was insulated so we did enjoy quite a bit of peace and quiet. The building is on 48th Street and it’s walking distance or a short drive to many fun OC activities and sights. One last benefit of staying at this unit (but certainly not the least) is we booked our vacation with the owner directly. She answered all our questions and was very accessible. If you like this kind of personal attention when planning your vacation, this is a terrific owner to work with. We highly recommend this property for your next family vacation. We would definitely stay there again!

  I have stayed at many condos before in various places and this has been by far the best yet. Besides being clean, roomy and all the things you might need in your home you felt like you were in your own home. My family and I felt at home here. It had a homie feeling about it. Each of us had our own place to go if we needed. Watching the beach and dolphins from the balcony was the most exciting things my family and I saw. Their is so much to do here, and alot of it is in walking distance. But even if you needed to drive nothing was too far away. The pictures of the condo are great but believe me they are even better in person. This is a must to rent and return. Don't forget to eat at Nicks BBQ Rib place the best ever and don't forget to have breakfast at least once at the Breakfast Omelet & Crepe place the meals here can be shared. Also it is worth a ride to Assateague Island to see the ponies run along free. As you are told the front desk Mary and all the others there are great. They answer all your questions and can get you directions and give you recomendations for anything you would like. If never been to OC you must go.

  he trip went great! We really liked your condo and had nothing bad to report with the Gateway or OC. I have to say that Ocean City was a tad overwhelming with the amount of population on the beach and around town. however, it's a big beach so although the Carolina's provide more of a laid back feel, their beaches are tiny in comparison. I appreciate the no-nonsense experience (first time using vrbo.com) and would be happy to tell anyone who may be interested in your condo that the Gateway and #314 is the way to go. Sincerely, Guy.

  Wow! We had an amazing time here at this location. Everything was clean and in great condition. The condo was well furnished and the kitchen was completely stocked with everything you would possibly need. All appliances, etc. was in terrific condition as well. We experienced great views of both, the ocean and the bayside from this unit. Also, plenty of space here. We have four kids (17,13,13,11) and we never felt like we were "on top of eachother". This was key (at least for us) in ensuring that we never had to encounter sibling arguements! The staff (esp. Mary) was very friendly and helpful. Piya was amazingly helpful, delightful, accomodating, and terrific. Always willing to answer any questions. Also, the storage unit with beach chairs, umbrellas, etc. was very convenient. The location of the Gateway Grand is perfect! Across the street from Seacrets, not too far from the Boardwalk (but far enough) and close to many other restaurants, activities etc. The location of this individual unit was also terrific. Easy to access off of the elevator and also from the garage which is appreciated when carrying in groceries or after a long, hot day at the beach (and rest can't come soon enough). Also, the Gateway Grand had a terrific patio out by the outdoor pool as you are heading out to the beach. This was our favorite way to spend the evening as we just enjoyed sitting out there with our family members, talking and playing fun (but friendly- competitive) games. We would certainly stay here again and would recommend this to anyone else for their vacation.

  The place was absolutely perfect for our family. We were so glad to be in your building with the indoor pool and game room since the weather wasnt all that great! We loved it and have already recommended it to a friend for their summer getaway with family! The place was beautifully appointed but still felt family friendly and everything we need for a perfect beach vacation was provided! All the beach chairs and toys were wonderful. What a treat not to have to lug all that stuff! Thanks again. We would love to rent from you again in the future! Thanks for everything.   Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful condo. We loved the decor. It was by far the best place in OC. My sister and I got to the Grand first and made all the beds so when my father got there he kept asking when we were going to our hotel. We told him we were visiting friends first. It was worth every mile we drove to see his face when he found his suitcase in "his room" and his towels in "his bathroom." The first night we had dinner across the street. Great time. Very little traffic all week. Great location with easy access to the bridge. Only 10 cars in the parking garage. No problems in the condo. Great cooking area with plenty of everything. Plenty of space with a breathtaking view. Great golf and cheap prices especially Lighthouse Sound right over the bridge. My father golfed 8 days in a row. Fagers was awesome. We played tennis at the Quality Inn on 54th street. I"ll keep in touch for next year if we decide to vacation in OC. Thanks for the wine. The Gateway was better than what we imagined-so clean and inviting.

  I wanted to send you short email letting you know how wonderful your place is. We had an incredible time. Your condo is absolutely gorgeous. It is beautiful, yet still very comfortable. Our three year old daughter xxxx loved the bunk beds! Marc and I both enjoyed the jetted tub and multi-head shower! Your kitchen was perfect for cooking a Thanksgiving dinner. Thank you for the additional dishes! We used them! Your place is perfect for families! We had an amazing time. We used the fitness room, indoor pool, and xxx used the children’s game room. We also got to go to the Bonfire on Saturday evening hosted by Mary! Mary was amazing and helped us out! Thank you so much for working with us on this trip. We will definitely rent again!   I have wanted to email you all week. It has been very hectic since I returned to work. We had a wonderful time in OC. Franky & his friend had so much fun! We thought they would want to leave early after the cruise was over but they didn’t want to go home at all. Your condo is beautiful and the Gateway Grand is just beautiful, also. Take Care.

  Thank you so much for letting us rent your place we really had a great time. The weather was excellent. The view from the master bedroom was great. My 4 year old enjoyed the pool and the game room. I really like the fact that you have to use a key to go from room to room in the building; it makes you feel more secure. My husband and I would like to visit again in April but this time for a week or two. When we visit again I can’t wait to try the new restaurant. Your kindness was greatly appreciated.
