  We spent a week in this condo in November. The condo was decorated very nicely. There was lots of room for my family of 5. Everything was clean and in excellent condition. There was even a little cabinet filled with books and puzzles for rainy days. There were two pools to swim in. The kids played on the tennis courts one day. We used the outdoor grill for dinner. The beach access is right across the street. Everything about our stay was perfect. The owner was easy to communicate with and very helpful with any questions we had. We will definitely rent this condo again!

  Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, people with disabilities, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

  As soon we pulled up in front of the Marivilla property on the beautiful Scenic Gulf Drive, we knew we had made a great vacation choice. The grounds were so well kept with beautiful flowers and landscaping. Our family was so excited as we pulled through the security gate and could not wait to get inside and see our condo. First, the location of the condo was really convenient. We were able to park just steps from the elevator and the condo in turn was just two doors from the elevator. Unloading was a breeze with the luggage carts which were kept near the bottom of the elevator. We were able to get access to the condo right on time as promised and we were not disappointed. The condo was enormous! We have never had so much room on vacation! It was gorgeous and it was super clean. The furnishings were great, completely appropriate, tasteful and inviting as you can see from the photos. Everything was exactly as the photos depicted. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. We prepared lots of meals in the condo and also did some wonderful outside grilling. We all enjoyed having large size flat panel TV screens throughout. My kids said the king bed in the 2nd bedroom and the bunk beds in the 3rd bedroom were great but I have to tell you about the master bed! It was so amazing. My wife and I slept so well that we peeked to see the type/brand of mattress because we want one for own home. The balconies were so large. Plenty of room for our entire family and even a second family to join for a meal on the balcony. I personally started every morning with a cup of coffee on the balcony which opens from both the master bedroom and the living room. The Maravilla property is so awesome! Photos do not do justice. Two convenient gated entrances (one to Scenic Gulf Drive and one out the back to Hwy 98), two great pools, jacuzzi, tennis court, fitness room and basketball court(which my son used and enjoyed everyday.) The beach is just steps away and the complementary beach chairs and umbrella service that is FREE with this condo was wonderful. We used them every day! I could go on and on about the Maravilla property, its great proximity to shopping, restaurants and local items of interest but a great property is nothing without a great condo….and this condo not only met my all my expectations but exceeded them! I am certain your family will enjoy it as much as mine. Enjoy!

  Really enjoyed the condo and the location was great! With the beach right accross the street, it was perfect. The condo was very well designed, nicely furnished and scrubby clean. Well equiped kitchen. Enjoyed the top floor due to easy elevator access. The whole property very well maintained. The owner quickly replied to my emails.The sugar white sand beaches and the "fun stuff " to do in Destin area means a return trip!

  Recommended for: People with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, pet owners, families with young children, girls getaway.

  The condo is very well kept. It's roomy, clean and near everything you need. I loved our short walks to the beach. I have two small children and we had plenty of room. The owners are accessible at all times and answered any of our questions. We are looking forward to next years visit.

  We stayed at this condo in May of this year. I can say that our condo was very nice!! So much room, so clean, and most of all made us feel like we were at home!!! I loved the location and the convience of a short walk and we were at the beach!!! I think we also were so spoiled to have beach chairs and umbrellas every day complements of the owners! If I could recommend this condo to anyone, I would say that your experience will be an "Awesome" one!!!! I have already started figuring out dates for next years stay there!

Lots of guests state that they do feel like they are at home since the condo is so inviting from the moment they walk in. Having the seasonal beach service is a great benefit while staying at our condo. All the guests love it!
