We are located on Scenic Gulf Drive in one of Destin's most popular resorts. Our condo is tastefully decorated with upscale furniture and pillow top mattresses. It is located on the top floor, 2 doors down from the elevator. It has a 30' balcony with table and chairs.
Condo has a port-a-crib for your infant. Dining room seats 6 comfortably. Flat screenTV and DVD player in living room. We also have free WIFI at your disposal.
Maravilla has 2 pools (1 seasonally heated), with hot-tub,BBQ grills, exercise room, clubhouse, tennis courts and shuffleboard. Private deeded beach. For your beach enjoyment, WE PROVIDE DAILY BEACH SERVICE WITH UMBRELLA AND 2 CHAIRS (seasonal). Complex has plenty of parking.

Our little vacation hotspot!!!

We stayed at this condo in May of this year. I can say that our condo was very nice!! So much room, so clean, and most of all made us feel like we were at home!!! I loved the location and the convience of a short walk and we were at the beach!!! I think we also were so spoiled to have beach chairs and umbrellas every day complements of the owners! If I could recommend this condo to anyone, I would say that your experience will be an "Awesome" one!!!! I have already started figuring out dates for next years stay there!
Owner response:It is so wonderful to hear how happy all of our guests are after staying at our condo. We really strive to make them feel as comfortable as possible during their stay. Lots of guests state that they do feel like they are at home since the condo is so inviting from the moment they walk in. Having the seasonal beach service is a great benefit while staying at our condo. All the guests love it!
