  Hi John, We were very fortunate to have stayed at your condo for just about a month. Tara is so beautiful. It is close to great shopping, restaurants and beaches. We enjoyed the entertainment at Siesta Key beach on the weekends. We spent many hours on the lanai watching the golfers, eating meals and relaxing. The condo was well equipped and we appreciated the clean bed after a long day of travelling. You need to add new pictures on your listing to show the upgrades to the two bedrooms. They are very nicely decorated. The swimming pool was great and we met alot of friendly people there. Thanks for sharing your condo with us. We hope to be back again next year!

  First of all, let me say, the owner John is terrific to communicate with. Even by email he makes you feel good about your decision to rent. The condo is lovely, spacious, and the view spectacular. Property is maintained to perfection. Location works for us as it is close to shopping and restaurants in Sarasota. We would definitely rent again!

  We have been staying in the Bradenton area every winter for the last eight years, so we are very familiar with the area. Tara is one of the nicest communities you will find in Bradenton. There are two golf courses, one private, one public (The Preserve). I played the Preserve, which I really enjoyed. It has a very good driving range, also. The condo was very clean, weIl maintained, and offered wireless internet, which was helpful in keeping up with emails and searching available local interests. The view of the golf course from the screened rear balcony was pleasurable. There is a good sized pool with plenty of lounge chairs. I would highly recommend this condo.

  I came back in Oct and the weather was perfect for quiet mornings with coffee watching golfers and beautiful sunsets in the evening, all from the screened lanai. With the comfortable furniture and nice table & chairs we almost lived out there. Everything you need is included even if you are going to the beach. We used the jacuzzi by the pool every evening. The attractions in Sarasota, the beaches, and even St. Pete is an easy drive. The owner was very helpful and responded quickly. This is one of the most comfortable, relaxing and convenient places I have stayed.

  Recommended for: Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, sightseeing, age 55+, girls getaway.

  Hi John, I am settled in and I can't thank you enough. The place is absolutely perfect!! My thanks to your cleaning lady as well - I have stayed in a number of Ritz Carlton Hotels that were not maintained nearly as well. thanks again for the great directions and the great place - I will hopefully be coming back again before too long.   This is my 3rd year renting this condo, size is perfect, place is lovely, golf course view is breathtaking, really clean and equiped with all the things you need to have a great vacation, pool is also really cool, if you pay for the golf you will also have access to the club pool!! What makes this condo really spacial is the excellent service that the owners gives me, it is always a pleasure to do bussiness with you!!, once againg thank you and see you again next year!

  Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+.

  The condo was great, very clean, quiet, and close to everything. Pool was very nice and relaxing. We enjoyed watching golf from the screened in patio every morning with our coffee and the sunset at night was beautiful. Close to shopping areas and beach. Good experience. Recommended for: age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, sight seeing, romantic getaway

  Thank you for sharing your Florida vacation home with us again this year. Everything was exactly as described and the recent renovations (new living room/dining room carpeting, master bedroom ensuite and kitchen upgrades) were super. The internet accessibility is a definite asset and the wireless printer in the unit a plus. The golf course is in great shape and we did manage to get a number of golf games in but still found time to visit a couple of our favourite attractions in the Sarasota area (Ringling Museum and Siesta Key Beach). We are already looking forward to our return next year. See you then !!!
