Situated on 8 acres of complete waterfront privacy on "Haversham Point" with a wraparound porch spanning the Eastern, Southern and Western sides of the home, the morning sun blazes into the breakfast porch, master bedroom and first guest room. With 180 degrees of stunning water views, you will need to decide whether to walk down to the crystal clear salt pond to check the tide or simply enjoy your coffee on the upstairs porch shared by the Master and Southern facing second bedroom.
With a private dock suitable for boats up to 25', you can sail, paddle or motor to the two mile stretch of private beach across the pond. This magnificent beach can not be accessed by car.
