A Bit of Heaven – “Where Nature Did Its Best’
Our 2 bedroom, 2 bath, beautifully furnished condo is complete with all the comforts of home. The master bedroom offers a queen size bed and its own private bath and television, and access to the beach front balcony. The second bedroom has two twin beds. The den area has a comfortable fold out queen size sofa bed. The den and both bedrooms have ceiling fans. The layout and space provide a comfortable environment for up to six people. The kitchen is totally equipped and linens and towels are supplied. There is a washer/dryer in the unit. Since the condo is directly on the beach, you can enjoy the breathtaking view from the balcony.
Put the trip behind you and walk a few steps to the beach. As soon as your toes touch the sugary, white sand, and you focus on the majestic colors of the gulf, you will know you are “in heaven”! Leave all your worries behind and prepare to relax. Just soaking up the wonderful, warm rays will be a treat, and if you see a school of dolphins or a fabulous sunset, it will be icing on the cake.
If you are up for a bit more activity, enjoy a walk on the beach, a bike ride, or a stroll through the shops and art galleries at Seaside or Rosemary Beach. There are many excellent restaurants in the area from walk-up service to fine dining providing every possible cuisine. We are on 30-A located midway between Destin and Panama City Beach.

We immensely enjoyed our summer family vacation at this condo. The photos and description on the website are accurate. This unit is conveniently located in a 3-story building located on the Gulf (12 units in the building). We stayed in mid-July, during the peak tourist season, and it appeared that all the units were occupied with families. While there were plenty of people on the beach, we didn't feel crowded. The unit is clean and cozy and just the right size for 3 or 4 people.The dining table is pushed against the kitchen wall and would have to be pulled out to accomodate 5-6. Beds are comfortable and there's plenty of drawer and closet space in both bedrooms. The kitchen is well-equipped. The bathtubs are showing a bit of wear, but all fixtures and appliances are fully functional. We especially appreciated the balcony overlooking the Gulf and easy access to the beach. Our only complaint is that the A/C unit is located on the balcony, taking up about 1/3 of the balcony space, and the unit blows out hot air. Balcony can seat up to 4 people. We would recommend renting bikes and cycling along 30-A, especially into Seaside. We also rented stand-up paddleboards one day and paddled around and swam in nearby Eastern Lake, a fun alternative to the beach .Recommended for: Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, adventure seekers.
