Private, furnished house on an ocean access canal. See the Manatees in the winter or fish off of the dock. The property has a heated swimming pool and 4 person Jacuzzi for relaxation. Satellite television with approximately 20 movie channels. Located in a comfortable area of Cape Coral. Fort Myers Beach is approximately one half hour away where you can relax in the sun and enjoy dancing or dining at the local restaurants, or just take a stroll on the pier and enjoy the ocean breeze and, maybe, spot an occasional Dolphin. Fishing charters are also available near the beach.
Edison-Ford mansions and the Barbara B Mann performing arts theater, as well as shopping and an array of restaurants are nearby.
The house has 3 bedrooms and 3 baths. The living room area has an additional foldout couch and there is an additional room with a full size bed and screened porch. No pets please. Smoking is permitted on the exterior patio or rear screened porch.

Why the Owner Chose Other Cape Coral Properties:
I originally purchased this house, 12 years ago, as my home where I had been living. I have decided to offer this house as a seasonal and weekly rental to help fill a need for visitors who wish to have the convenience provided by a comfortable home, with all amenities, as opposed to a hotel room. My wife and I are livng in my sailboat access home just minutes away from this property.
The Unique Benefits at this House:
The house is a spacious 2100 square feet and is very comfortable, with the dock and swimming pool, and I have furnished it with a Jacuzzi and large screen TV which adds to the relaxing atmosphere. It's peaceful and fun at the same time.
