Location: Chandler, Greater Phoenix Area, Arizona, USA (We are within 20 minutes to anywhere in Phoenix/Scottsdale!)
Accommodations: Home, 4 Bedrooms + Attached Unit, 3 Baths (Sleeps 2-10)
Our main house and guest-house is over 2500 sq ft with 4 BR, 3 full Bathrooms with ceramic tile on all countertops, floors and in the master glass-block shower. We have 2 fully stocked kitchens with everything you will need and probably more! You also get to enjoy a 60" Sony HD comparable TV with 8 speaker surround sound throughout the main level of the home!!(WE WILL EMAIL YOU 12 MORE PHOTOS OF THE PROPERTY IF YOU ARE INTERESTED IN RENTING)
If you have a large group of people, the property can include a guest-house that is a furnished 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, kitchen, living room with fireplace, 1 car garage and hi-speed internet computer. So if you need the entire property, the guest-house would be opened to join the main house (guest-house extra charge).
If you have a smaller group, the guest-house would be closed off from the main house. The main house still gives you 3 bedrooms/2 full double sink bathrooms & 2 car garage. We also do not rent the guest-house to others when someone is renting the main house. It would be vacant (main-house rates below). THE GUESTHOUSE IS PERFECT TO RENT FOR 1-2 PEOPLE!
Our home is on a quiet cul-de-sac and backs to a "greenbelt" that has walking paths to see the beautiful neighborhood. You can also walk to two lakes, two grocery stores and several restaurants with great night-time entertainment on this greenbelt path. We have an indoor ceramic tile bar with wine cooler and an outdoor living room with a beehive fireplace. Our very large non-heated play-pool (which is very common in Phoenix considering the high cost of heating a pool) has a 4-foot rock waterfall surrounded by beautiful landscaping. We have two decks, a concrete picnic table and outdoor living room with views of the swimming pool and greenbelt path.
The house is located on a 1/2 acre lot and is near many golf courses. It is just one mile from the new Chandler Fashion Mall that is surrounded by great restaurants. One mile from the new 101 highway that takes you to Scottsdale in 15 minutes or less. ASU College and the Mill Street area is only a 10 minute drive!
Downtown Phoenix is only a 20 minute drive as well.
The Grand Canyon is only a four hour drive, Sedona is two hours away. Flagstaff is only a two and a half hour drive where you can ski in the winter. A two hour drive south will take you to Tucson; three hours will have you shopping in Mexico. All make for easy day or two day trips. In addition, Las Vegas and San Diego are inexpensive flights or about five hours by car. There is so much to do - no matter what your interests are, you will find it here!

Security Dep. of $500 refundable if no damages to property. Cleaning fee of $100
