Year Purchased: 2008
About the owner: I graduated from URI in 1996 and just fell in love with the Narragansett area. Once my husband and I saved up a little money, we thought an investment in the Narragansett area would be a wise decision.
Why the Owner Chose Narragansett:
I love summers in Rhode Island, and wanted to buy a rental home where people would love to come and have a great time as well. I am hoping eventually, my family will be able to stay in the home and not have to rent it out all summer long.
