  We regularly visit our grandchildren in Austin, but have found hotels to be increasingly expensive and seriously lacking a feeling of a home-like retreat. This was our first experience using VRBO, and we are ecstatic that we tried it! The condo is clean, well-maintained, and a perfect size for a couple looking for a "home away from home" where you can relax in a private, quiet setting. Teresa is a very gracious hostess eager to ensure that you have an enjoyable stay and was very quick to answer our questions. We now have this property on our personal "preferred" list, and we would highly recommend this property to friends, relatives, or anyone looking for quality Austin accommodation at a very reasonable price.

  My husband and I along with our 2 month old son loved the condo. It was cozy, clean, well-maintained, and had everything we needed (without being too cluttered). This was our first trip with our baby, and we were so glad we rented this condo because we did not have to worry about dust/other allergens. The owner was easy to work with, organized, and very responsive. The condo was conveniently located between Mopac and I-35. Two thumbs up!

  My husband stayed here for 2 months and absolutely loved it! The location is great, not far from everything and right around the corner from "The Domain" a fantastic town center with lots of shopping and great places to eat. The kitchen is well equipped, we loved all of the extras! The area is very safe and very nice. We enjoyed long walks on the walking trails right near the condo. We also LOVED the fenced in back patio area, there is a beautiful tree and a table and chairs for eating outside. It is the perfect place for a couple.

  This property was quaint, clean, cute, cozy, and very quiet! The owner was extremely helpful and very-well organized. We stayed for for 5 nights and would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for the quaint comforts of home! A great escape for anyone!

  Very comfortable, I definitely recommend and would stay there again. Owner was very nice and helpful, neighborhood very quiet. You'll love it!
