Located in the Florida Panhandle, known as, 'The World's Most Beautiful Beaches,' it’s one of the best known and most beloved beach resort areas in the world with miles of breathtaking, unrivaled beauty along the Gulf of Mexico and clean, sugary-white sand beaches surrounded by warm emerald green and sapphire blue waters.
Beyond the golden sunshine, southern hospitality and quaint beachside charm, there is a wealth of fun and exciting activities all around the beach to enjoy.
This unit is located in the center of Seagrove Beach with great access to shopping and dining; from pizza,subway,fine dining and all choices in between. Located 1 mile west, within a bike ride on the bike path along 30-A, is Seaside with its shops and restaurants and plenty of activities for the family. Water Color and Western Lake, Grayton state park and Grayton beach are all within 5 miles. The state parks at Grayton and Deerlake provide undeveloped pristine beaches with trails and nature at its best. Deerlake, Water Sound, Seacrest and Rosemary Beach all located east of Legacy and the bike path runs each way (east and west) along
30-A. Legacy is a high end complex, with only 22 units, 16 gulf front and 6 townhouses. The private beach never gets crowded like other places on the beach. There are only a few rental units in Legacy. This unit has great access to the pool and beach with the balcony stairs (7 steps) going directly down to the pool deck and the beach boardwalk. The other units have to use the elevator and walk around the side of the building to gain access and most guests have commented on how nice that is to be able to access the pool and beach. You are able to watch your family at the pool without having to leave your own private balcony. Additional pictures are available upon request.

We have stayed at Legacy a few times in another unit and decided to try this one. Devon recently renovated it and two of the bedrooms have king beds and one room as two sets of bunks so there is plenty of room for a large group. The unit is very nice and comfortable and we enjoyed our stay (other than the rain that no one could control). Devon was very easy to work with and he got back with us right away. Access to the pool and beach is perfect. The complex is quiet and safe and we walked to most everywhere. We will definitely plan on staying here again! Thanks, Devon, for renting your lovely condo to us! See you next year....Recommended for: People with disabilities, girls getaway, families with young children, age 55+, families with teenagers.

We have been vacationing in Seagrove Beach for fifteen years, and staying at the Legacy is our favorite location. Devon's unit is more spacious than the pictures show, and the unit is very clean, comfortable and nicely furnished. We appreciated being able to walk directly to the pool and boardwalk from the balcony- very convenient. It is a very quiet unit, and it is very convenient to Seaside and the convenience store and Cafe 30-A across the street. Devon is great to work with. We will be back next fall. Love this place!Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

We stayed here in summer 2009. This place is fantastic! You can't get any better than this! Luxury at its finest! Beds were comfortable, ammenties were great! Beautiful pool and beach! Not as crowded as the beaches around which was really nice. I would stay here again and recommend it to anyone that is looking - and have!Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, people with disabilities, girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.
