This is a nicely decorated, clean condo. It was a great escape for a month from the cold north. We enjoyed hiking trails, and never took the same one twice! The location is great in that many nature activities are close by. Keowee Keys was quiet and had many amenities that you could enjoy. It was wonderful to find a place that would allow pets, but it was especially nice because you couldn't tell that a pet had ever been there. Even though there were only two of us, the accommodations would be great for multiple couples or a larger family.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, pet owners.

My husband, myself and my in-laws came into the area looking for a home to rent because we were attending a family reunion in Lake Keowee. We wanted space away for when things got rowdy but close to my husband's Aunt's house(reunion central.) We dislike staying in hotels because they don't afford the same conveniences. The photos were absolutely accurate. It felt like a good home base. We only had to shop for food and tissues. The area was beautiful and we found a lot to do when reunion activities weren't planned. My Mother-in-law made use of the Fitness Center. The activities binder was really helpful. Our only complaints were that things were a little musty and dusty. We do realize that SC is humid in summer and this was one of their hottest in recent years. We would stay here again the quiet location, proximity and amenities were absolutely worth it. Thanks for a wonderful stay.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, families with teenagers, girls getaway, pet owners, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

Very nicely furnished and accomodating with three different work schedules to work around. Each occupant had a separate floor with sitting, entertainment, and restroom facilities. Quiet and peaceful if desiring rest and sleep at any given time. Will definetly want to stay in the future. Needs additional parking availability however.Did you find this review helpful? My husband and I came into the area looking for a home to rent because we were working at the nuclear station down the road. We have a chihuahua and hate staying in hotels because they don't feel like home at all. We will be back to stay here. It felt like a home away from home. We were there in the fall when the leaves were changing and falling. I never had to go to the store to buy anything except food. It was great not having to worry about anything except waking up on time for work. The area was beautiful and we found alot to do when we weren't working. We will stay here again the next time we are working at the nuclear station. My little dog loved the decks also. Thanks for a wonderful stay.Did you find this review helpful? Lovely, spacious, and very clean townhouse located close to the Marina, pool and two Omni tennis courts. Played tennis and jumped right into the pool overlooking the lake. Awesome! We rented a pontoon boat for two days from the Marina to get out onto the lake. Beautiful! This was our second time at Heide's Townhome and we will go back again........Thanks NancyDid you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 1/1

The townhouse was clean, spacious, and well-stocked. We liked the location of it within the community since it was so close to both outdoor pools. The amenities of Keowee Key are fantastic, especially the marina pool, Kourthouse fitness center, and the leisure trail. Heide was very responsive to our questions. We had a nice, relaxing vacation. Thank you!Did you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 0/0

My family and I had a GREAT time! The walking trails are wonderful and we had a chance to get some exercise while enjoying nature. We took lots of pictures and it looks like we are in a tropical country. Thanks Heide, we had a great time. The Mitchell Clan from IrmoDid you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 0/0

We were here in April- what a great way to escape a Chicago winter! Heidi & Tom offer everything you need for a relaxing stay in this perfectly appointed townhome. More importantly, they are even better people. Heide saved the day with our group when we returned in August and needed last- minute amenity passes! You truly cannot find more pleasant folks with bigger hearts to rent from! Great golf, boating and nightlife in Clemson. We're making this an annual trip. Thanks!Did you find this review helpful? What a great place! Spent the month of March escaping the Wisconsin winter and enjoying the comforts of 212 Harbor Cove. Everything written in the advertizing of Heide and Tom's place is true. It was well equipped and nicely furnished. Had everything necessary to make a month's stay VERY comfortable. We felt so at home it was difficult leaving when our time was up. We already have our reservation for 8 weeks in '06. "smiling faces-beautiful places" says it perfectly. It's a little piece of paridise. We're glad we found it. We had a wonderful March '05 in the high country (for us). Golf was great, condo was well prepared, and most of all, the people we met were so nice and considerate. We are smitten.Did you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 0/0

What a great, well-kept condo. Easily sleeps 6 adults. Three levels, basement, main floor and third-upper level. Plenty of space to chill. Well furnished with thoughtful little items. We'll be back. -jimmyjayDid you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 0/0

Excellent place to stay. I stayed at the townhouse while working the fall and spring outage at Duke Nuclear Power Plant. The townhouse is a quiet and peaceful place to stay. I enjoyed it very much. Tom and Heide Temples are great people to deal with and I enjoyed renting from them.Did you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 0/0

Without a doubt, we had an absolutely wonderful time at the townhouse. I do not golf, but I sure ran the course many times, used the workout facilities, went hiking with the family, and even attended a Clemson game. We also simply relaxed. How unusual! Thanks so much for a wonderful wonderful place!Did you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 0/0

Wow, What a great weekend hide-away, I'm not saying what was more fun, the "Tigers" Football game minutes away or coming back to your Condo and our friends & cocktails! I only wish I had more time to spend in "The Mountains" enjoying your hot tub. Sincerely, Tom BeachlerDid you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 0/0

Our stay at this condominium was a wonderful experience. The accomodations perfect with respect to space, cleanliness, and location. This condominium will easily hold two families (adults and children) with plenty of room for all. The nearby pond offers great fishing for kids and adults. These accomodations provide the opportunity for a relaxing visit -- either for a weekend stay or a longer visit in the scenic hills of South Carolina. We look forward to another visit!Did you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 0/0
