We just returned from a 4 day stay at the Captain's View Lake House at Indian Lake. We all agreed that it was one our best vacations! The accommodations were exactly as described. Clean and ready for us to check in at 3:00. The view was beautiful and we took advantage each day to walk on the trail along the lake. We also rented a pontoon boat and spent a fun filled day on the lake, visiting several of the lakeside restaurants. With confidence I can recommend staying at the Captain's View Lake House.Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

We stayed at the Captians view property for the 4th of july weekend. It was the best vacation I have been to. I thought it looked nice in the pictures but it is NOTHING compared to what it really is. It looked like everything was brand new. Everything you need is provided for you. Perfect location for the fireworks and only a short drive to the fast food places. We will DEFINITLEY be going back to this property again!!Recommended for: Adventure seekers.
