We stayed in this home for 2 months, and were quite satisfied. The owner responded quickly to a few minor problems. We liked the quiet neighborhood location, and were just one block from picturesque Riverside Drive. Living room, dining room and kitchen are very spacious. My husband really liked the back patio for cleaning the fish we caught in the surf, and the garage for storing our fishing wagon and equipment. The California based owner was very easy to work with, and has local caretakers for the property.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, pet owners, families with young children.

A nice vacation rental for two people or a large family,this duplex is well furnished, clean and centrally located in the downtown area. The owners were very nice and responded quickly to correct a few minor problems. We give this property an above average "good" rating over others we've rented.Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, people with disabilities, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, pet owners, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

My family wanted to have a home off the beach yet still close to the beach. We found this extremely large house in the historic district. We love walking through the neighborhood and beside the Intracoastal and going to all the shops and galleries downtown. We hope you'll enjoy it too!
