This a a great location as your close to action, but in a peaceful area. This condo is located on the bay, at the south end of Dewey, and next to Indian River, which is a private beach.
1st floor has two outside decks, one off the front, that faces the Bay, and the other that faces the back. With a kitchen, living and dining room combom with a 4th bedroom/den that has the ability to be used as a sitting room during the day with a daybed that has 2 twin beds to use.
Upstairs has 3 bedrooms, the master with a King Bed, and bathroom off the master bed room, the middle room has a bunk bed, with a twin on top, and full on bottom, and the 3rd bedroom has queen bed and bunk with twin on top and full on bottom.
Bedding is supplied for the rooms so this allows you to travel with less things. THere will be kitchen supplies, all cooking and Kitchen needs, coffee maker, pancake griddle available for your use.

A perfect beach getaway - beautiful condo with every amenity you could possible need and the convenience of being in the center of Dewey Beach. Hope to return for many summers to come!!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, families with young children, tourists without a car.

This newly renovated, beautifully decorated condo is steps from the beach, the Rusty Rudder and the Lighthouse. Everything in the condo is brand new and impeccably clean. It is the perfect beach condo! We just wish we could have stayed longer!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car.

We take a 1/2 Weeks rental at time of booking, and the remainder due 30 days prior.

DURING PEAK WE WILL NOT BREAK UP A WEEK, WE RENT FROM FRIDAY TO FRIDAY, YOU ARE FREE TO STAY FOR A SHORTER TRIP, BUT ON MOST CASES YOU WILL BE CHARGED THE SAME AMOUNT, BUT IT NEVER HURTS TO ASK! We also have another place that we rent out on occasion when we are out of town, so please feel free to ask about this vacation place too!! 125 Cleaning fee, however, we do provide you with sheets!!

About the owner: We bought this due to having so many great trips to Dewey Beach and the surrounding areas. Many of our friends have vacationed here since college, and still a favorite hot spot with the families too. Its great for all generations, and as a Ex Flight Attendant I have traveled the world and can honestly say there is a unique small town which really can appeal to every age and every type of person that I know.
Why the Owner Chose Dewey Beach:
We are located close to beach, walk out the back door and cross over route on and the beach is at the end of short block, we are on the bay, so you can walk next door and have Margaritas on the bay while you watch the kids play in the water, catching crabs, or picking up shells....
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
Walking and never having to get in your car to drive, and the convenience of walking to the beach, and then jumping in the pool, or playing a game of tennis.
