This a a great location as your close to action, but in a peaceful area. This condo is located on the bay, at the south end of Dewey, and next to Indian River, which is a private beach.
1st floor has two outside decks, one off the front, that faces the Bay, and the other that faces the back. With a kitchen, living and dining room combom with a 4th bedroom/den that has the ability to be used as a sitting room during the day and use the pull-out sleeper at night that is a full bed.
Upstairs has 3 bedrooms, the master with a King Bed, and bathroom off the master bed room, the middle room has a bunk bed, with a twin on top, and full on bottom, and the 3rd bedroom has two queen beds.
Bedding is supplied for the rooms so this allows you to travel with less things. THere will be kitchen supplies, all cooking and Kitchen needs, coffee maker, pancake griddle available for your use.

A perfect beach getaway - beautiful condo with every amenity you could possible need and the convenience of being in the center of Dewey Beach. Hope to return for many summers to come!!

This newly renovated, beautifully decorated condo is steps from the beach, the Rusty Rudder and the Lighthouse. Everything in the condo is brand new and impeccably clean. It is the perfect beach condo! We just wish we could have stayed longer!
