Georgous wood floored main building, Seperate covered and screened BBQ room and the 2 Queen bedroom over the boathouse. Great lot, very flat, one post pier next to the boat launch and a covered pier. Boat launch on the property. Water is deep and clean.
Plenty of room for the kids to play on the gently sloping grass.
Enjoy the screened in porch, or come inside and watch your favoite TV show or movies as this house has all the movie channels package.

About the owner: This house was originally purchased some time ago and updated by owners Father. Since his passing, this son has really amped up this house and yard with the goal of making this the best vacation house on Lake Martin.
