This beautiful mint condition condo is six years old and only a few steps away from the sand. Our location is EXCELLENT. Several restaurants, ice cream parlors, fun activities (miniature golf, arcade) and shopping (CVS, 7-11, B & B Department Store, Ron Jon Surf Shop) are within a short walking distance.
Our condo is the top unit with a large deck and a picnic table. This smoke-free home has a nice island décor with a 40' flat screen HD television with premium cable hook-up (sports, kids’ channels, etc.), VCR, TVs in each bedroom, free wireless internet connection, central air, gas heat, washer/dryer, iron, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, 6 free beach badges, beach chairs, umbrellas, sand toys, outside showers and 2 parking spaces. Perfect for a family with several young children.

Convenient location. Sparkling clean. All the conveniences of home, if not better. Owners are helpful and reply to questions in a timely manner. Would highly recommand this condo to anyone. There are many activities and restaurants within easy walking distance.Recommended for: Age 55+, girls getaway, tourists without a car.

Debbie and Joe, Thanks for an incredible stay. The condo was exactly what we are looking for a quick getaway from the city. The the proximity to the beach was perfect especially with two kids in tow. The place is extremely clean and filled with everything you need, from kids movies, to all cooking utensils. Also it within walking distance to some great restaurants. Once again thanks.Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children.

Very well kept apartment with everything what is needed for your stay and even some extra staff like premium coffee. All apliances are in perfect condition. All what you need in the perfect kitchen with the nice granite countertop. If needed you can communicate with the owners and clear all issues under consideraion. I would say very comfortable stay for 2 adults and 2 kids, if more than 4 people it depends on your compatibility with other adults in not so big apartment. Very close to everything in the middle of LBI. Overall I would give an excellent ratingRecommended for: Sightseeing, families with teenagers.

This vacation condo is the greatest. Extremely clean and outfitted with everything we needed to have an amazing beach vacation. This is the second year in a row our family has had an awesome time and we're happy that we can call this LBI condo our home for even 1 week out of the year! Thanks again!Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with young children.

I spent the Mother's day weekend with my twin girls, we had the most incredible time. This had to be the best place I have had the pleasure to stay in.. I have been an LBI'er for over 20 years and never have been as amazed on the kindness of the owners/the mint condition of the unit. Will hopefully be renting year after year. Thank you so much.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, families with young children.

My family and I visited LBI for the first time this September. We were so pleased with both the accomodations and the proximity to the beach. The condo was very clean, quite cozy, and the beds were very comfortable! It was also nice to not have to bring beach chairs and sand toys, as these were provided in a storage area. The Keurig coffee machine was a hit with my husband, and my son was thrilled with the large TV for watching movies at night! Oh, and it was a quick walk back with my youngest child when needing to use the potty. HUGE plus for moms!! Looking forward to our next visit.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, girls getaway, romantic getaway, families with young children.

This condo exceeded my expectations! so nice, the pictures do not do it justice. Great value, excellent location, and fair prices. enjoy your stay in comfort, and quite. Kid and baby friendly........ everything provided except towels.... make sure to bring your own or be prepaired to purchase them.Recommended for: Sightseeing, families with teenagers, girls getaway, tourists without a car, families with young children.
Owner response: Our condo is a great get away spot. However, it is not a motel so you do need to bring your own linens and towels. Otherwise, everything is there for you. There is a local service where you can rent linens and towels if you don't want to bring them. They deliver and pick-up whatever you order right at the front door of the condo. We will be happy to provide you with contact information.
