Tuscan styled showpiece located ocean front, directly on the wide sandy beach of Mandalay Shores.
This beach is a hidden gem, off the beaten track but close to the amenities of Santa Barbara and Los Angeles. The property is unique because there are many outdoor decks and balconies to enjoy the outdoors and the VIEWS. There is a semi-enclosed courtyard right off the kitchen perfect for barbequing and relaxing.
The first story has a warm, spacious great room open to the ocean views. The kitchen is a delight with all the bells and whistles. The unique powder room vanity was fashioned from an 18th century Italian antique. There are 2 guest rooms and 1 bath on this level.
The 2nd story has a guest room with private bath overlooking the courtyard. The sumptuous master retreat has a steamer shower, whirlpool tub for 2 and private dry sauna, surrounded by breathtaking ocean views (even when sitting in the sauna!).
The 3rd story features an ocean front guest room with a bath. The exterior deck has lots of room to lounge and there is a private hot tub, ideal for watching the sun set.
Toys provided include bikes and boogie boards.
The owners have designed and built many beach properties. This home embodies the best of beach living!

I spent my 50th Birthday at Tuscan Sol with my family. We LOVED the house....everything is well kept and in working order....We felt like we were staying in a Villa...The kitchen was amazing and the heated floors throughout the house...There was enough room for everyone...You can't beat the location...Oxnard is the best kept secret...The owners were awesome and great to work with. I will definately be returning to this home....LOVE IT!!! Thank you for making my birthday special and one to always remember :)Recommended for: Age 55+, girls getaway.

We just came back from celebrating our parents 50th wedding anniversary at this home and couldn't have asked for anything better. The house is large, extremely well maintained and sits directly on the ocean. As an added bonus there is a rooftop hot tub and pool table which the whole family really enjoyed. The owners were wonderful and very helpful. I also loved the extra touches such as soap in every bathroom. I have rented many times before and had to run out to buy 5 soap dispensers that would only be used for a few days. Yes, there are 5 bathrooms in the house along with 5 bedrooms making it very comfortable for a large family. You will love renting this home for a vacation, special occasion or simply to get away for a relaxing week by the ocean.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

Our family loved staying at Tuscan Sol! The house was absolutely beautiful inside and out. The furniture was lovely. The rooms were perfect for our family. We enjoyed the pool table and the barbecue. We loved being beach front. We highly recommend this spot to anyone who wants to stay in a first class home right on the beach!!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway.
