Location is incredibly important on the lake, and you could easily find yourself driving 45 minutes down a treacherous road only to find your vacation spot in the shadowed areas with murky water and only a few hours of sun. Not here! Located squarely on the tip of coveted English Point, this home is just 5 minutes from the Hayden Lake Country Club and 10 minutes to I 95. More importantly, you will enjoy all-day sun, expansive views, and deep, clean sea-weed free water for swimming and boating. Pull your boat or jet skis into the covered boat dock, complete with swim ladders and a diving board. Plus a canoe, paddle boat, float tube, life jackets and inflatable water toys are all provided for your lake experience.
Once you've enjoyed a perfect day on the lake, you can sit and enjoy the sunset from any deck or patio, or strike up the BBQ for outdoor cooking. Our large family stayed at this lovely home in July 2010 and had a blast! It was homey and comfortable and being close to the water was a big plus compared to our other experiences. We didn't want to leave! The house was great! We also went to Silverwood one day and shopped in the nearby shopping area---all in all a great, relaxing weekend filled with fun for all of us!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway, adventure seekers.
