  This home is spectacular and leaves nothing to be desired. It is quite large and spacious, with gorgeous decor. It was immaculately clean and comfortable. 2 huge living areas gave us plenty of space to spread out, but honestly we spent every evening on the back patio overlooking the vineyards and enjoying our wine and food. Plenty of space for our group of 10. Enormous kitchen allowed us to cook each evening with all the cookware and tableware right at our fingertips. The beds were SO comfortable, which is not always the case when traveling, but these were awesome. I cannot think of even one criticism,for this lovely home. Do yourself a favor and don't miss this one!

  We booked The Tuscan Villa for a family reunion and were all excited by the photos. With high hopes we drove to St Helena and our first view of the house quite took our breath away – even better than the photos. Outside the gardens were beautiful with lovely patio areas and elegant rose beds, altogether larger than we expected and bordering onto vineyards with stunning Napa scenery making the backdrop. Inside easily matched the outside, and the entrance was impressive. The professionally equipped kitchen had us gasping; to say it was well equipped would be an understatement – it had everything we could possibly need. The living rooms were large and airy, the furniture comfortable and the atmosphere so pleasant we all felt very much at home. All the bedrooms had en suite bathrooms and were spacious and well appointed - with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The master bedroom was spectacular with views of the terrace and garden, and the huge ensuite master bathroom was well stocked with towels ,soap, hairdryer and a large walk in closet. The villa is well located, and even though right on a main road we found it quite peaceful. We had a great stay here and would definitely go out of our way to return.

  My wife and I rented this property and with our two kids and 5 other couples (14 total). The property comfortably accomodated everyone with very well appointed private bedrooms. The living and outdoor areas were for spectacular for cooking, dining, playing games, with a view that could have placed you in France or Italy. The kitched had every amenity needed for the chefs among us, and the family room had a great entertaiment center (large flat screen, blue ray, internet music, etc.) I would highly recommend this property for a large group, and we look forwarded to going back again.

  My husband turned 60yrs old in May and my daughters and I were wondering what would be the best birthday surprise for him. Naturally with his love of wine we thought NAPA. I searched HomeAway for a house that would allow me to have my 4 daughters, their families and my brother come to celebrate my husbands birthday. When I saw this Villa I was in love, it reminded me of Italy. The bedrooms were perfect, one for each of us. I contacted the owner and she was very nice, prompt, and we were able to get the villa for his party. Imagine the surprise when he learned he was going to NAPA for his birthday, and when we pulled into this beautiful villa's driveway he was stunned. My family and I found the villa to be the most amazing place we have ever stayed. We were able to enjoy coffee and breakfast on the patio overlooking a vineyard, play bocci ball, sit at night in the great room and watch tv or play a game of cards all the while enjoying the wine we purchased on our vineyard tours. We even hired a chef to come and cook my husbands birthday dinner, we felt like roylty eating in the dining room and being catered to by the chef and his assisstants. The villa had everything we needed and more. We loved our stay.

  We stayed at Napa Villa this past October, and have been traveling to Napa for over 10 years. The property is absolutely phenomenal. Impeccably maintained, very clean, and extremely well appointed. The home is spacious, comfortably accommodating our group of 13. The pictures on the VRBO listing actually understate the beauty of the home and property. Location is absolutely perfect - walking distance to Oakville Grocery, short drive to Yountville. There is no better location - you are central to everything. We would very highly recommend this property. Owner is very easy to work with and was prompt with all correspondence and return of security deposit.

  My family and I (8 people) have a christmas tradition. We rent a house abroad (we are from Brazil) so we can spend 3 weeks together. In 2011, we rented this villa in Napa . Everybody was very pleased with the house. We highly recommend it to anyone, for the following reasons: 1) THE HOUSE MANAGER: From our first communication through e-mail to the end of our vacation the owners´s daughter who manages the house was very professional and helpful. Before we arrived, we got all the paperwork very promptly and everything was very clear. During our stay, she was always available to help with any problem or request. We have been back to our country for only two weeks and the security deposit has aready been returned to us. 2) THE LOCATION: This property is located in a beautiful area surrounded by vineards and close to Napa´s most famous wineries. I loved waking up in the morning and looking out from my bedroom´s balcony at the beautiful back yard. I occasionally would get surprised by seeing rabbits, beautiful birds and even a couple of foxes. The house is in the country side but not far from the city so it´s very convenient. Also you have easy access to roads and freeways leading to San Francisco, sonoma and other touristic areas 3) THE HOUSE: It´s GORGEOUS. The pictures in this website don´t do it justice. When we first walked through the huge front door, we all had the same thought: WOW! The house is big with ample rooms very nicely furnished. When we arrived the house was pristine. It really has that Tuscan feel.The kitchen is a dream and open to the family room. That is where spent the most amount of time. We would cook delicious meals, drink great wines and just hang out there. 4) THE BEDROOMS: There are several suites, all of them with a huge super comfortable bed, couch, dresser and desk. The ones in the second floor have balconies overlooking either the front or back yard. The furniture is vey beautiful, comfortable and practical. Plus everybody get to have their own bathroom. The master suite is absolutely gorgeous with a fire place and a beautiful ample bathroom. 5) THE KITCHEN: It´s very practical yet beautiful. It comes fully equipped with top of the line Appliances and there is plenty of nice dishes, plates, silverware, glasses, you name it. We hired a chef to cook us a christmas dinner and he loved working there. If you are looking for a large and luxurious rental in the Napa area, this is it.

  This house is absolutely stunning - the photos do not do it justice. It is absolutely perfect for 7 couples - everyone will have lots of privacy. The kitchen is gorgeous and beautifully equipped. The owner's daughter handles inquiries and is responsive to any questions. The deposit was also returned in a speedy manner. I would highly recommend Napa Villa to anyone with a larger group. Its proximity to Yountville is a huge plus!!
